〔Digital Marketer〕
Work location: Sheung Wan/ Yau Ma Tei
Salary: 22K +, negotiable based on experience
5 Days work
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for increasing online sales through connecting with the right audiences, design and execute creative campaigns and continuously improving UI and UX.
-Handle weekly advertising (Digital Marketing) and Commercial strategies
-Lead and plans in brand strategy and providing strategic solutions in fast-paced environment
-Review business priorities, practical solution to business problems proactively
-Work closely with the creative and production team of 50 people.
-Analyse, design, implement lead generation systems on website
-Design and implement Loyalty Program and reduce Abandon Carts
-Conduct user research, user testing, AB testing to optimize customer experience
-Analyze user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities
-Responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring promotion plans to boost business growth.
50% work on general marketing, 50% work on UI/UX
To be successful in this role you will exemplify our CORE values and:
-Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications is preferred
5+ years marketing experience at agencies or in-house is preferred
-Experience in Shopify is a bonus
-Strong market business sense and well knowing of the market
-Experience in marketing plans and brand building activities including social media, search engine, digital and media planning
-Strong analytic with good presentation and communication skills, and able to work under pressure
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Be proactive approach, with extreme confidence in taking ownership of your work and the results it drives
-Attention to detail, consistency and accuracy
-Last but not least, you should be a motorcycle enthusiast and able to share the joy of riding to your audience!

〔Administrative Officer/ Administrative Assistant〕
Job Description
-Prepare invoicing
-Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
-Review payments and receipt transactions
-Prepare company secretarial documents
-Provide clerical and administrative support to the office team
-Assist in ad-hoc job assignments, Pick up and deliver documents.
-Coordinate with team and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work
-Maintain complete and updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
-Book Keeping and Data Entry
Requirements:
-Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above in Business
-Administration or other related disciplines
-1-3 years’ experience in administrative field
-Responsible, good team player, detailed-oriented and organised
-Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Administration Officer
-Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 3, 22) is preferred
-Fresh graduates will be considered

cách đưa những đầu việc làm ở nhà vào CV tìm việc liên quan khi không thấy gì vẻ vang ở chúng (CV tiếng Anh)
dành cho:
- 1 profile lủng nhiều do nhảy liên tục,
- apply công việc full time đầu tiên + nghỉ dịch cũng có làm vô thức linh tinh ở nhà ngại "việc dỏm" không bỏ vào CV (nhưng vô tình việc ấy có liên quan không tưởng)
case ví dụ:
nếu các cháu muốn apply 1 job yêu cầu tí kinh nghiệm sale, customer service,
hoặc CV đang bị xấu vì những công việc làm 1-2 tháng nghỉ mà trong khi ở nhà cũng có làm "linh tinh"
-> thực tế ở nhà có buôn bán và hay phụ má bán tạp hóa nghe thì bèo bọt
không đáng nhưng bỏ vào CV được nha
khi lên CV sẽ là:
Sales Assistant/Coordinator (Home business) đừng ghi sales manager/director vì chức đấy của mẫu hậu rồi và nó hơi nổ. Khi nào 1 thân 1 mình lèo lái cái tiệm ở nhà và phụ huynh thảnh thơi đi chơi thì hãy ghi vậy.
tiếp đến là liệt kê các đầu việc đã đảm nhiệm
JD (job description): phải có xuống nhà làm thật thì mới biết ghi gì nha. cây nhà là vườn thôi, thường sẽ là những đầu việc xuyên suốt chuỗi cung ứng hàng hóa từ khi làm việc với wholesaler (bên bỏ sỉ hàng/ chợ đầu mối) đến bước cuối cùng là bảo hành chăm sóc khách yêu khi phàn nàn.
thí dụ đi:
- Sáng sớm đang ngủ má hay nắm đầu xuống bưng hàng, bày hàng theo ảnh trưng bày quầy mà bên brand bột giặt xuống chỉ dẫn hồi sáng
=> Maintained outstanding & fully store condition and visual merchandising standards. (dùng thì quá khứ đơn vì công việc này đã ngưng làm r, có ngưng làm mới đi làm job mới được chứ)
- Mấy chị bán thịt bán rau sang cần tư vấn tìm loại mì gói 5 ngàn mà vị mới, sợi mềm, ít dầu, ăn chắc bụng.
=> Ascertained customer’s needs and wants through recommending and displaying items that match it
- Papá bảo giúp công việc giấy tờ thuế, xuất hóa đơn bán sỉ lẻ, kiểm hàng trong sổ, thống kê doanh thu của papá mặc dù thấy ngán nhưng cháu đã làm tốt
=> Actively managed point-of-sale processes & include new shipments & actively update product info by admin work
- Khi có 1 con mẹ trong lòng chợ nào đó qua complain đổi hàng bị hư và đòi đập shop, eo ơi bả như 15 con đỉ hợp thành nhưng cháu đã giải quyết êm chuyện một cách sang nhất
=>Ensured high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent sales service and post purchasing.
Như vậy qua công việc phụ má bán hàng ở tiệm nhà, các cháu sẽ phù hợp với các đầu công việc nhờ các skill set đạt được sau mà có thể được pass vòng CV với job có level intern hoặc junior (mới ra trường)

Theo đó, các headhunter (nhà tuyển dụng từ các công ty môi giới tuyển dụng)sẽ tìm ra profile của các cháu nhờ những "Key word" kiếm được từ các kinh nghiệm chiết xuất từ công việc trên mà gọi điện giới thiệu job.
Túm lại
Nếu nhảy việc liên tục và nhìn lại CV toàn làm trong 1-2 tháng r nghỉ ngang, thay vì khai gian, độn quá trình làm việc thì hãy nhìn lại những công việc mình đã làm trong thời gian nghỉ dịch/ nghỉ dưỡng sức, những việc mà các cháu đã đánh giá thấp nó (underrated) và những kỹ năng bị ngủ quên mà cta đã học được trong vô thức.
(chạy xe ôm công nghệ, livestream bán hàng, mở store trên shopee, chăm trẻ hàng xóm, dạy tiếng Anh cho họ hàng, phụ bưng bê, hoạt động phụ ba mẹ điều hành cải thiện cái quán ăn, tiệm nhỏ ở nhà,... )
Từ đó có cái ý nghĩa hơn ghi vào cv cho job liên quan.

[How to sell anything to anybody]
One of the most rewarding skills to master when you start a business is your ability to sell. Understanding how to sell enhance all areas of your business. If you master these three aspects of selling, you will know how to sell even if you have never been in a sales role before:
1. [Know who and what they want]
The most common parties you’d need to sell to are customers, investors, mentors, new hires and your team. They all have different desires, you need to talk to them and dig deep into their motivations and situation. Your customers may care about price right now but quality later, this investor may care about valuation but the other investors care about your vision. Find out what they want and don’t confuse your audience with unrelated information.
2. [Use their language to get your message across]
You know who you are talking to and what they want, speak their language. Once both parties feel comfortable with the information they have, they’ll move forward in the transaction. So why would you make it more difficult for the other party? You wouldn’t purposefully speak French to a Japanese person, so why use corporate jargon with your customers?
3. [Convincing the other party you’ll have what they want]
Great, they can understand you! The key to closing a sale is to focus on their ask rather than your need. If you are hiring talent, focus on what they want, like employee benefits, time off, bonus etc. When the new hire believes their desires are met, you’ll be signing on a new employee! Most people are only willing to exchange their resources (time/money/power/influence) with you when they think you hold the solution to their problem.
