今個暑假一家人去了巴里位於Nusa Dua的Grand Hyatt,酒店內健身室設備頗齊全。雖然並非最新款設備,但卻是用了life-fitness 最實用的Fit Series系列。
而當中最令麥克印象深刻的是有Olympic Barbell提供,場內的smith machine可以掛起barbell 去進行適當Squat 或 Press 訓練。

Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curl
肱二頭肌訓練,身體靠到傾斜45-60度的板櫈上,讓手臂拉後跟地面成垂直面,前三角肌及肱二頭肌的長頭部份會被拉長作伸展狀態。這進一步阻止使用到前三角肌借力;亦增加對肱二頭肌的刺激,因為當肌肉伸展得越多,它收縮時需要的力量要越大。
控制肩膊穩定,帶起啞鈴時避免手肘向前帶及向內夾到身體兩邊肋骨。啞鈴上提時應帶向肩膊方向,啞鈴向胸口方向帶是找肩內旋肌肉幫手,過份使用肩內旋肌肉是很常見的肩膊痛的成因;而經常手腕屈曲借力就是手腕痛的主要原因之一。

Mấy hôm vừa rồi bận bịu chuyển đến nơi ở mới, nay mới ra được video cho mọi người đâyyy
