FINALLY! The highly requested overnight heatless waves tutorial ??‍♀️ This is literally life-changing; I haven't touched my curling wand since I started doing this and am so excited to finally share my voluminous curly hair tutorial with you all! I initially saw the robe belt method from Marcela Tumas https://youtu.be/dS9FWzJUEtE and after 5 tries (tweaking it as I went along) I finally perfected it. So here are some of my tips on how to get big loose waves using no heat. Enjoy!

Ok I know it took me 1000000 years to finally upload this but life has been really crazy for the past month ?
Some notes: I do this on dry hair! Not damp or wet. Also, you can tie a scarf around your head if you're scared it'll move while you're sleeping but I would only recommend this if absolutely necessary; it does reduce volume and I like big waves ?

How are you all holding up? I think I'd be fine if I could go to the gym but staying inside my apartment all day is making me feel really sluggish ? I hope you're all staying safe and healthy though!
Recently, I've been baking to relieve stress but it's actually becoming a problem ? my fridge is full of waffles, mochi, banana bread, and probably apple cobbler by tomorrow if I'm feeling sad enough lol...and I can't even give any of these to my friends anymore bc nobody's leaving the house!! I really am gonna be rolling out of quarantine huh ?

Hello hello!! How are you? ?
I just landed in Florida ✈️ I'm here for my little sister's high school graduation and to visit family!
Have you heard of lovebug season? It's happening right now and I'm...disgusted, I've been terrified of the creatures ever since pre-K. It's this season where there's just schools of these bugs flying in and they attach themselves to everything. Cars are covered in their guts and EW why am I explaining this ? alskdga; I guess aside from lovebugs, I'm also thriving in the humidity! My skin feels ah-mazing ack I wish I could move back home ?‍♂️

But yes! I finally filmed the wavy hair tutorial you guys have been asking about (for like a year now haha), sorry it took so long! It's all in the wand I use (not sponsored), which makes this tutorial perfect for beginners. I know I used to struggle a lot with using curling irons and wands because it takes a while to get used to the way to wrap your hair around it (like, how do you position your elbows in such a way so that you can twist your hands while also minimizing the soreness in your arms?), so using a tool like this where you just clamp the hair together is a lot easier! Plus, the effortless, natural girl-next-door waves are super cute ??‍??

I recently re-listened to the Grease soundtrack and was inspired to do a modern "everyday" spin on the 60s themed look! Fun fact – Grease was set in 1959 but the film was released in 1978. Although the makeup in the film was more resemblant of the 50s style, my favorite "retro" makeup trend is the dolly, dark under-eye makeup of the 60s. I actually wasn't going to film this because it's so simple but a lot of you wanted to see it after my last video so here it is!
