A new place for carnivores to explore and enjoy some premium cuts- Hutton 133 Butchery seeks to offer something unusual- a no menu restaurant that only offers fine produce over the display fridge... premium cuts sourced from different countries and priced according to weight. The products vary from steak, Pork (steak to be sous-vided), Seafood, sausages and cheeses. Right next to the order counter is a wine cellar that houses quite a big variety of premium Wines (options are limited for those on tighter budgets). Not exactly a cheap place to dine in but this is one of the few places that steak stalwarts will find good cuts in relaxed pub environment.

通常去wine bar都係著重飲葡萄酒多過食嘢，但係ThinkWine就唔同啦！佢最近聯乘多間知名餐廳只此一晚 takeover，呈獻不同招牌美食比你配自選美酒，有成約600款葡萄酒比你揀。我試咗Frantzén’s Kitchen嘅美食，瑞典芝士批配魚子醬苦菜沙律襯匈牙利白酒不錯，提升咗魚子醬嘅海洋味及芝士香。大飽口福，wine bar都有好嘅食㗎！之後3月19晚有 HAKU、4月9晚有Roganic Hong Kong、4月16晚有Écriture、5月17晚有MONO及5月28晚有Chef Peggy Chan! 鍾意美酒佳餚嘅你唔好錯過呀！佢有露天位置，啱晒想空曠d嘅朋友！Cheers! 🥂🍷😋
Wine bar usually focuses on wine, but ThinkWine is different! They host a series of renowned restaurant takeovers for 1 night only & serve their signature dishes pairing with your own choice of wine from its about 600 choices’ wine list. I tried Frantzen’s Kitchen’s Swedish cheese pie with bitter salad & caviar and paired with a Hungarian white wine. The white wine brings out more mineral note of caviar & elevate the cheese note as well. It’s so yummy to enjoy great food & interesting wine pairing! There will be more takeovers coming up, including Haku on 19 Mar, Roganic HK on 9 Apr, Ecriture on 16 Apr, MONO on 17 May & Chef Peggy Chan on 28 May. Don’t miss it! 星期六在Hudson River Park的14th St Park (14街最西邊)有秋季戶外市集，除了各項工藝，農產品攤位外，也有南瓜裝飾，兒童瑜伽，現場音樂等多樣節目。

每年秋天台灣同鄉會都會在法拉盛的台灣會館舉辦慈善搖滾音樂會，現場並販售多樣美味可口的台灣小吃。活動所有收入都將作為慈善捐款。今年活動營收將捐贈給之前受到颶風Mathew嚴重破壞的海地。
五點到六點可以免費入場購買台灣小吃。如要留下聽演唱會則收門票十元。
