Dear #oalworkout squad! I am going to give you all a #oalworkoutchallenge from today onwards till we meet again on Saturday.
I’ll put the challenge here. All bodyweight for all Fitness Level! Come and join the challenge!
Day 1!!!!!!!!!
Detail:
🟡10 x push-up (can be full push-up or on knee push up or incline push-up)
🟡 20 x burpees ( full burpee chest to the floor)
🟡 30 x squat jumps
🟡 40 x sit up
🟡 50 x mountain climbers (L + R count as 1)
🟡 60 x jumping jacks
🟡50 x mountain climbers (L + R count as 1)
🟡 40 x sit up
🟡 30 x squat jumps
🟡 20 x burpees ( full burpee chest to the floor)
🟡10 x push-up (can be full push-up or on knee push up or incline push-up)
Do participate and send me your result, HOW FAST YOU CAN COMPLETE. It’s not a challenge among each other, it’s for you to measure your own endurance level.

A little Cardio workout for you to try home. 🔥 Each exercise 30 seconds
.
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Cross over Jumping Jacks
3. Skipping
4. Left leg lunge and jump
5. Right leg lunge and jump
6. Fast Squats
7. Fast feet In and Out
8. Jogging in place
9. 1 minute rest
10. Repeat 3 times full set .
Finish this and you will have done 15 minutes of strengthening cardio. .

Taylor R 的 skipping routine
Repeat 3-4 times (15-20 min total) with your favourite body weight exercises in between. (I do 1 set of skipping • leg exercises including squats lunges etc •1 set of skipping • arm exercises including pushups tricep pushups etc • 1 set of skipping • abs • 1 set of skipping).
*i use a weighted rope from Adidas (helps to tone the shoulders and biceps really well at the same time)
Start with this, if any step is too hard go back to basic jumps or do jumping jacks/running on the spot with your knees up.. you will get better each time you do it. Gradually build up your strength and stamina. I currently do this 4 times a week for 20-30 minutes skipping time total.
Besides the benefits listed in the video, I love skipping because it’s:
*EFFICIENT: 10 minutes of skipping is equivalent to 30 minutes of running.
COST EFFECTIVE: Once you get a rope, it’s free!

Here's another Indoor Walking Workout for you! This time, the exercises will also target your waistline - to tone up and strengthen the CORE. This workout is low impact and beginner friendly. It's great for everyone to do at home, plus it's lots of fun! Simple exercises, yet extremely effective.
Your heart rate will be increased, you'll be burning lots of calories and fat. While filming this workout, I managed to hit 2.9km and also burned 250Cals in just under 30 mins. You'll be burning an average of 200 - 300 calories depending on your speed of walking, workout intensity, fitness level and also body composition.
INTERVAL: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest
