Is time to wipe my room mirror again😆 Thanks to this 4 months of lockdown and mooncake, I have successfully gained 4 kg. Previously no matter how I tried protein and eat to gain weight, or eat til crazy in Japan during my winter trip, the highest is only 3kg but now Imma happy and at the same time sad for my tummy because it bloated and growing too well until they thought it was a good news lol.
Time to kick my ass out of the bed. Today imma gonna workout not to keep fit but build some muscle up 💪🏻 #FeelingGreat

I love to capture awkward moments like this. This is some of the proof of how hard it is to build our dream home. It’s not easy. It’s not a one day job. It’s not straightforward. Even to join the worktop and make it perfectly flush takes a lot of effort. And these will all be part of our family’s history. Perhaps for our grandkids to look back and see one day in the future that lots of hard work, sweat and muscle has been put into this beautiful home…and also blood from various cuts of handsaws and whatnot - May The Almighty ease our journey forward, InshaAllah…

Some of my highlights include holding the title as a 7x World Physique Champion under the Muslemania Universe and Musclemania America as well as being the 1st Runner Up at the IFBB Japan Pro 2018.
