【北京施壓？地產商立刻唔認起納米樓】

#再上外媒

相對於以往發展商自豪起納米樓可以「迎合市場需求」、增加可建單位數目，講到納米樓係窮人上車恩物咁。最近北風起，中央表示「遊戲規則已變」禁止地產商「壟斷行為」後，竟出現地產商對納米樓態度180度轉變（至少表面上）嘅怪現象，好似暗地裡承認起納米樓本來就有問題。

外媒彭博新聞社(Bloomberg News) 翻查最新屋宇署資料，發現新鴻基位於籌備中嘅西貢西沙路大型項目，驚現只得88平方呎實用面積嘅單位，亦引述本研社今年頭發布嘅《納椎之地：香港納米樓研究報告2010－2019年》數據：近十年落成嘅納米樓單位85%連房都無，70%有黑厠，咁大家想像下得88平方呎實用面積嘅單位會係咩樣？

有趣嘅係，新鴻基回覆彭博個圖則唔係最終計劃嚟嘅 (The one currently filed wth the Buildings Department does not reflect the latest design)，暗示樓盤設計將會執過，唔會出現得88平方呎、慘絕人寰嘅蝸居空間。

呢個係咪中央施壓嘅效果無從證實，但明顯香港地產商已經知道形勢已變，需要短期內向外釋出「友善」訊息，避免觸及中央所指嘅「壟斷行為」。但講真個句，過往容許呢啲「壟斷行為」嘅香港政府，又需唔需要被問責呢？

Lê Hồng Lâm hiện là một nhà báo tự do và nhà nghiên cứu điện ảnh độc lập. Anh đã có kinh nghiệm gần 20 năm làm báo với nhiều vai trò trong các tòa soạn, cộng tác với những tờ báo, tạp chí lớn trong và ngoài nước. Ngoài ra, anh còn là cộng tác viên của một vài LHP Quốc tế và là tác giả cuốn sách “101 Bộ phim Việt Nam hay nhất”.

Tại Vietcetera, anh đã đóng góp đến 30 bài viết trải dài qua các series DVD, Điện Ảnh hay Road to Oscar, với những phân tích và góc nhìn dày dặn kiến thức cũng nhận định sắc sảo về điện ảnh của mình. Anh cũng từng xuất hiện tại podcast Have A Sip Tập 26, nơi anh chia sẻ về kiến thức sâu rộng cũng như tình yêu của mình với điện ảnh và được khán giả nhiệt tình đón nhận.
