蓉城雞豆花 Chengdu Chicken 'Tofu', Chinese Yam & Chicken Consomme HKD $118. But just to repeat the explanation, the Tofu 豆腐腦 looking parcel in the soup, is made from hand diced Chicken that's so fine, it's look & taste resembles Silken Tofu but has no soybean involved, it's very fluffy silken meat. A dish recorded 📝 since the end of Qing Dynasty 清未, surprisingly this recipe is just over 100+ years old from Sichuan

Feeling a bit sick on the weekend.. Time for one of the most famous Tofu & Vegetarian Dumplings 豆腐餃 in HK 🇭🇰😷. The Skin wrapping is actually made from a thin Tofu Beancurd parcel, with carefully diced Shanghainese style Vegetables inside. This is almost a forgotten dish nowadays due to food trend cycles, but regulars are used to pre-ordering this【滬江飯店 Wu Kong Shanghai Restaurant, Tsim Sha Tsui or Causeway Bay outlet, Hong Kong】
