I know daddy and mummy would not go for their health screening annually unless I force them to. 😒 It is unfortunately that most of us would spend lots of money and remember to service our car regularly, but we struggle to “service” our own body. Can you relate? Do you know the state of your body? 🤷♀️

Daddy was super thrilled to know that he has a body of a 47 year old, although he’s turning 70 next month. 😅 Mum, has taken the steps towards living a much healthy life, including hiking almost every day and hitting more than 10k steps. 😱 I’m super proud!

The whole process took about 4 hours and this included body composition, blood test, stress test, urine test, ultrasound scan, breast checkup, eye check and a consultation by the cardiologist.🙂
