Macam mana mahu cakap eh . Orang yang tak rasa dia takkan paham . Sakit dia lagi perit . Orang tengok macam sihat tapi dalaman tu tak kuat . Rasa dia memang rasa nak mati . Memang sakit dia tidak ada luka , tidak ada lebam ,tiada apa apa pon .

Anxiety .
How to say eh. People who don't think won't understand. It hurts so much more painful. People look healthy but the interior is not strong. Feels like he's dying. It's painful he has no wounds, no bruises, nothing.
When you go to the doctor, check it's nothing. There are even people who consider anxiety to be mentally ill, mentally insane. Because I don't feel it, right? If you feel it, you'll know it. We don't ask for this pain but he will keep attacking without giving a hint. Anyone can actually get it.
I explain it simple and easy to understand. This anxiety will make someone worried for no reason, hard to breathe, heart beats quickly, can't sleep, too think of something at a time, mind is messed up, the most afraid is always thinking about death. Those who got gestric, gerd will be like this too.
Heard people will laugh. Undeniable. Even if you tell people about it, people will say crazy. Crazy is different, pressure is different. The average anxiety is caused by mental and physical and often thinking aimlessly. and many factors too.
This anxiety is about to recover, it takes time. Some have been living since childhood to adult. Someone has been alive for years. Someone passed away. Yes. People look at one eye but don't feel it. If seen with rough eyes, they won't show the anxiety suffering. Always crying for no reason because of fear and worry.
When you want to sleep, everyone is scared. out of the house scared. Easy story all scared and worried. Some have lost their appetite until they become thin and dry. Not going out of the house as if I felt something was going to happen but it wasn't Always feel ′′ soon I will die ′′ but it doesn't happen. Life becomes depressed and depression happens.
Patients with anxiety can recover. but he won't recover 100 %. Depends on someone too. What determines it is MINDSET. No one wants to be like this right 😊 even me too.
There are people who don't understand, they will say anything 😅 lack of faith, lack of religion and all sorts. Wrong. I'll tell you a little. When anxiety patients want to pray, even the prayers will not be humble. How do I know? I've also experienced anxiety so I'm very memahmi.
Here I mention how to cure anxiety in general. If anyone wants to add, you can do it.
1) get close to god. More istighfar, prayers, prayers. Inshallah
2) please stay away from negative people. Let's not have many friends as long as they are quality friends. When being friends with negative people, our minds will be stressed and worse anxiety
3) mindset. Always say in my heart and exchange the mindset ′′ I'm healthy, not afraid ′′. Sometimes because our mindset is weak. Fix the mindset.
4) do not be alone. Always hang out, talk and tell the problem to people who understand us and believe. Luv everything, must be relieved.
5) doing fun activities with friends, husband, children or parents to avoid thinking too much and worrying. A little bit can make us forget about that ′′ thing
6) do not sleep alone. Always sleep to be friends so that you can handle the unwanted happen. An example of anxiety will lack of sleep and be anxious quickly, or maybe short of breath. People around are very important and play roles.
7) if necessary, get doctor psy advice. Anxiety is not crazy. Don't be afraid. A little as much as can relieve patients. They are understanding. get their advice.
8) eat healthy maknan. Drink more cooking water.
9) challenge yourself to break the wall you're afraid of. for example, afraid to get out of the house. Challenge yourself to get out and be sure. Change mindset. Inshallah can.
10) mental and physical moral support. Skongan from Family, husband, wife, friends and those who understand what anxiety is. Always give them support.
Someone asked ′′ how to get anxiety?". Hmm as what I know is the possibility of a physical mental that is tired, weak, often thinking, stress because of taking care of your child, work, business, stress about people, and others (please refer to the expert).
If things come, we won't be expected. Anyone will get it. Even artists have to do it again, we are ordinary people 😊
Finally said, this anxiety comes without us being invited. And it's not necessarily what I say above. Maybe because of gastric, gerd and others. I'm telling you what happened to me and how I overcome everything I mentioned above. If there are other suggestions, it's up to follow or not. Everyone is different and I mention the way above is public. I'm not a doctor, but I'm sharing my expert only.

* Recognize What Is Tantrum?
Tantrums mean to be outrageous. When ′′ Temper Tantrum ′′ is an outpouring of emotion that explodes so that there is no self-control. Temper Tantrums often appear in children aged 15 months-6 years. Tantrums usually occur in hyper-active children. Tantrum is also easier for children who are considered ′′ difficult ", with the following features:
1) Children don't sleep enough.
2) Irregular unclean removal process and process.
3) Awkward with a new situation or someone he doesn't know.
4) Slowly adapt to change.
5) Emotions are not peaceful (often negative).
6) Easy to get angry and easy to cry.
7) Hard to move his attention.

* FACTOR OF TANTRUM CAUSE
There are several factors that caused the Tantrum. Some of them are like the following:

2) Child inability to express with words

3) Limited Movement

For example; child wants to drink glass, mother or nanny is not allowed and replace with plastic cup; child still insists on his desire, so there is an anger in him and for him to let him go he will be a tantrum so that his will

4) Parent s' care
a. Too pampered when all wishes are filled and suddenly there's another desire not to follow.
b. Inconsistent care - not explaining which is good and which is bad (no explanation given). When the child makes mistakes and suddenly we rebuke and punish, then this is the complication that comes up with the form of tantrums.
c. Parents argue with opinions which are good @ bad for children.
5) Children feel tired, hungry or sick.
6) The child is stressed
Whether the child is tired of the burden of school assignment, etc. or not to feel insecure.
7) Trauma @ Phobia
Child being tortured or seen something scary or raped since childhood. The trauma that hits him makes his emotions uncertain. Children expect safe protection. When that happens, he assumed that parents didn't give love or peace that was expected. Then he will tantrums to release the pressure that strikes his emotions. This tantrum takes time to recover and will be carried away until he grows up.

Too many big dreams, too many failures, too many disappointments despite all the achievements in life will give us at least a little impact even if we don't put it into our head.
For me, all of these disappointments gives me huge anxiety. I am always worried about my future. I am always unhappy though I have too many great projects to work with.
These projects that I am working on are my achievements yet I am still thinking about the things that I didn't achieve and adding more anxiety in my life.
I couldn't figure things out. Why on earth I am feeling like this? Is it me or am I really a loser who achieved nothing in life?
I started reading a lot as usual so I can gain some insights about myself.
What I found gave me temporary relief and it created a path to the permanent solution.
Gratitude.
I was working with amazing brands like Loreal, Shopee and Guardian yet I was so dissatisfied. It is because I wasn't being grateful for what happened.
I wasn't thanking the moment that happened to me. I knew long ago that I was lacking empathy. Gratitude too? Perplexed.
Then I took a second to myself and thought, "what on earth is gratitude? How on earth I do it?"
Well, honestly I am still working on my gratitude skills. Yet, I feel so much better than before and so much confident than ever.
Especially with the recession that is happening, I need my confidence the most right now.
How to show gratitude?
Things will go wrong cause somehow life is full of ups and downs. Rather than complaining and feeling low, you can start seeing the positivity behind each problem.
Lost your job? Maybe, this is the time for you to explore yourself and get a better opportunity in life. Be grateful that it happened.
Quarantined and bored? Maybe, this is the time to start the blog you was always talking about *Learn how to start a blog with me (One to one online class). Hehehehe.
Maybe it is time to start your novel? Maybe its time to start the online business that you have always dreamed off.
All the things that have happened in your life, be thankful and show them your gratitude. Say thanks for each small help you're getting. Start looking at the other side of a coin and appreciate it.
Believe that everything happens for a good reason and God will never give a challenge that you can't handle.
Your perception about a lot of things will change and you will start having only good energy around when you start seeing everything with a grateful mind.
Remember creating a positive vibe is important. Showing gratitude makes you have so much positive energy within you and it gives you the courage to move on in life with great strength.

One word to describe this video is STRESSFUL.
Can I do full face makeup in 3 minutes?
I was asked to do a 3 minute makeup challenge video. I thought 'Pssssh, I can totally do this".
Turns out I just end up panicking all the whole way through and almost forgetting how to even apply makeup XD.
I can normally do my makeup comfortably in 5 minutes so I guess those extra 2 minutes really do make a difference! I'm sorry if my screeching and whimpering and arm flapping was annoying. I had no idea I had this side in me!! O_O
As stressful as it is, this was really really fun!!
