I HOPE TO LIVE TO SEE THE DAY WHEN WE DON'T HAVE TO OBSERVE WORLD AIDS DAY ANYMORE. At least not for the reasons we observe it now, anyway.

Despite all the medical advancements, people are still dying, and worse, even more are stigmatized and discriminated against for living with HIV, and many of those people, friends of mine. I can't imagine the horror they've been through.

One day, even if we don't yet find a cure, I pray and hope that there will be no new infections, no AIDS-related deaths, and that the world will be more understanding and tolerant towards people living with HIV!!!!

I'm no scientist. I know I'm never gonna find the cure for AIDS. But I know I have a following and a social media presence which I could utilize to spread a message that can assuage the stigma for people living with HIV, or create awareness about HIV testing for my gay brothers and sisters.

I received a lot of hate for this by some religious bigot who threatened to sic the Islamic Authorities on me. I'm not afraid. And I will not be silenced.

This is not about encouraging promiscuity. I'm simply saying that if you want to have sex, you need to learn how to protect yourself. If you can't tell the difference, it's not my job to educate you. I'm not the Stupid Whisperer.
