Yesterday #oalworkout Upper Body Strengthening & Toning Workout set my arms- especially the triceps, my back- upper back especially, my abs ON FIRE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The kind of burn is very different from the calories burning HIIT. This one you could feel the muscle soreness. For those that did it yesterday with me, you should be able to feel some great sensation today or even last night 😅😬. How are you all feeling? Can share with me on comment below on how you feel now?

So for those of you that did this upper body workout yesterday, today you should stretch and rest, or you can still choose to workout, by doing tabata or interval running for 30 mins. That’s how we should plan our workout weekly regime.
I’ll post the beginner TABATA I did last Sunday for you guys. It’s an easy, simple to following yet can let you burn off some calories today. Stay tune.

My first workout video represent for everyone !
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or short-term rest. If you want to work out and lose weight efficiently, try HIIT exercises. But that's not the only reason why HIIT is so popular.
HIIT is definitely better at burning calories and helping you shed unwanted pounds. The biggest reason is the anaerobic form of exercise. It burns more calories than cardio both during and after exercising.

Post Covid: How to Get Back in Shape (4 Weeks Exercise Guide) | Joanna Soh
This video is meant to offer you a guideline on how you can get back into exercising after Covid-19, for those who have had mild to moderate symptoms. While exercise is important for your health and recovery journey, it is also essential to AVOID pushing yourself too far. Doing so could slow down your recovery or cause your symptoms to worsen by increasing the levels of inflammation in the body. So listen to your body, take it slow, and follow these 4 phrases by gradually reintroducing exercise into your routine.
If at all you have any concerns, ALWAYS refer to a health care professional for advice.
I’ve included 4 exercises for each week, a total of 4 weeks. Try to exercise at least 3 - 4 times weekly. All the workouts are home-based with minimal equipment.
