🔴MY REVIEW: This’s by far the best probiotic I have tried. This not only improved my digestive system, but most importantly, I also think it boosted my energy and slightly reduced my weight. Overall, I really recommend this health supplement. It can help my body detoxify. After taking these capsules for a month, I feel that my whole person is refreshed.

DWWA 2021 included a first Best in Show medal for a ‘Vin Jaune’ – or ‘yellow wine’ – a speciality of the Jura region of eastern France. The winning wine was Domaine Berthet-Bondet, Château-Chalon 2013, made from 100% Savagnin.

Wine cooperative St. Jodern Kellerei in the Valais region already farms some of Europe’s highest vineyards, and it reached the summit of DWWA in 2021 after its ‘Heida Barrique’ 2019 won a Best in Show medal.

#Throwback Tasted the elegant red wine from 2600m above sea level from Shangrila, Yunnan, China! Very happy to chat with #MaxenceDulou , Estate & Technical Director, Ao Yun again via one on one zoom tasting & tried the new vintage Ao Yun 2017 together! Since its inaugural 2013 vintage, the blending composition has been fine tuned every year to showcase the style of the terroir! With Cabernet Sauvignon as the main grape variety, it is also blended with Cabernet Franc, Syrah & Petit Verdot. 2% Merlot has been added for the first time in 2017 vintage. It’s quite shy to show its aromas in the beginning and it takes about 2 hours’ breathing to start showing its characters, the tannins are silky with a sweet note, it’s elegant with roses, purple flower, blueberries, concentrated blackberries, toasty, elegantly herbaceous, tobacco leaf, spices & licorice notes. It has good acidity with long finish. It’s a high quality wine with about 40k bottles only. If u like Bordeaux style red wine, you’ll be surprised by this bottle! Cheers! 🥰🍷

紅酒58釀酒日誌：
第1天：製作酒釀，加Campden tablet
第2天：測試比重，加酵母
第8天：用濾網移除葡萄皮籽渣，轉移到第2釀酒瓶
第45天：第2次換瓶
第58天：裝瓶

紅酒配方：（1加侖=5瓶）
5公斤葡萄
0.9公斤白蔗糖
1加侖蒸餾水(3.78公升)
Campden tablet或類似產品
1克酵母
5瓶

釀酒第一個規則:
釀製過程中，淨化所有與酒汁接觸的器具，為了保證釀酒過程安全可靠，淨化加上氣鎖是必須的，自己釀酒一定要遵守此規範，不要學習古法秘方(如牛小時候用的方法，和現在台灣網路看到的大同小異，我們都沒有進步，拿來和歐美新方法比對，真的我們落後幾十年，是好好提升的時候)，可能會釀出酒精外一些不好的東西，酒汁內看不出來的。

酒到底好不好?
牛在農村長大，從小釀製酒，現趕上潮流，採用先進製程釀酒；有人說酒不好，有人說很好，我說喝多亂喝不好，小量品嚐很好，人類飲酒已經有幾千年歷史，千年智慧累積，如坐月子要加酒，喝一點是對的。

釀製過程酒汁可以喝嗎?
可以，開始酒精為0%，喝起來等於加了糖的果汁，第2-5天喝起來等於是市面上酵素汁(已經有酒精了)，很健康的；酒精濃度增加很快，一般到第7天達到7%，糖比例大幅降低，30天後，酒汁內只剩微量糖，糖幾乎為0。

淨化:
酒釀淨化:第一時間加入Campden Tablet
用具淨化:用Easy wash, Oxygen wash, Star san 或類似產品清洗，水煮或太陽曬古法，不可靠

所需設備：
釀酒桶
玻璃釀酒罐
1個氣鎖
淨化劑（Easy wash, Oxygen wash, San Star或類似）
1比重計（或反射計）
1自動虹吸管

選項：
5個軟木塞/軟木塞器
5個瓶口膠囊

以上釀酒設備很便宜，在台灣或大陸網路上容易買到。

後記:
水果酒釀好後淡淡水果香，酒內應該只有微量糖成分，市售酒品有些會添加香精，如香氣很重，有些水果酒沒有用水果，加糖增加甜度等，自己釀製的酒，天然原汁，品嘗起來很棒，難忘的滋味只有自己做才能體會，釀酒所需時間長，需要耐心雅興，是很值得培養的興趣。

這是權威研究證明葡萄籽和皮(尤其是concord葡萄)對人的益處:
