JANGAN TERLALU FOKUS PADA MATLAMAT!
Lepas PKP 1.0 tu berat badan naz naik and naz rasa down sgt🥲( sbb tak pernah gemuk sebelum ni)
Naz punya goal : Turunkan berat badan dan dpt 6-pax abs sebelum hujung tahun 2020.
Tapi, berbulan2 naz rasa miserable gila.
Why?
Sebab naz TERLAAAALLLUUU fokus pada MATLAMAT(Goals) naz.
Aik? Naz, bukan nak berjaya kena ada matlamat ke?
Memanglah tapi ni masalah dia.
Bila u terlalu tetap/fokus pada matlamat u,( 6 pax, sale 150 lipmatte sebulan, nak famous), korang akn rasa down sebab setiap hari korang akan teringat yg korang belum lagi capai matlamat/ goals korang.
Lama2 korang akan rasa demotivated and rasa diri korang mcm GAGAL.
Lepas tu mulalah nak buat shortcut.
Makan ubat kurus.
Buang harga sesuka hati.
Beli followers.

Tapi nasib baik naz ada ditegur oleh sorang kawan naz,
Dia cakap macam ni.....
Naz, daripada kau terlalu obsessed pada end goal kau, why not u fall in love with the process of getting there?
And instead u celebrate cuma bila u dah dpt 6 pax, why not u celebrate setiap kali u buat POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR or buat POSITIVE HABIT?
I was like MINDBLOWN 🤯
BETUL LAH apa dia cakap😱
Kalau naz celebrate naz punya perangai positif ( workout dkt gym, minum 2 liter air sehari) then setiap hari naz akan rasa GEMBIRA!
Setiap hari naz akan rasa gembira and BANGGA dgn diri naz!
And sedar tak sedar naz dah turun 5 kilo since start puasa hari tu🙈
And MINDSET mcm ni bukan apply bila u nak kurus je.
Kita boleh apply utk apa2 goals pun.
The key is not to focus on goals and outcomes, but focus on BEHAVIOUR and HABITS.
And CELEBRATE setiap kali u buat positif behaviour and positif habit.(contoh: bangun tahajud,jaga solat 5 waktu,sedeqah subuh,buat content,hunt customer, follow up prospek and etc)
InshaAllah, korang pasti HAPPY setiap hari and semakin dekat dgn GOALS korang😉

Bila kita matang,
Tak suka kat sapa2 pun kita takkan post apa2 di media sosial yg tuju kat dia, yg memerli atau menyindir dia kerana kita tahu bahawa tiada guna utk memberitahu satu dunia ttg ketidaksukaan kita pd insan tersebut...Ini antara kita dan dia sahaja, cukup, tak perlu melibatkan org lain...
Bila kita matang,
Kita takkan stalk org yg kita tak suka tu utk up to date dgn apa yg dibuatnya, utk mencari kesalahan dan kesilapannya supaya kita boleh menceritakannya pd org lain dlm bentuk umpatan ataupun fitnah...Kita hanya fokus kpd kehidupan sendiri sahaja...
Bila kita matang,
Kita lebih byk berdiam diri apabila kita di umpat, di fitnah, di perli dan di sindir...tiada guna utk menjelaskan kpd mereka akan perkara yg sebenar kerana hakikatnya mereka tetap tidak akan boleh menerima penjelasan kita...
Bila kita matang,
Kita tidak akan cepat melenting dan terkesan dgn perbuatan2 mereka yg kurang senang dgn kehidupan kita kerana kita tahu yg sebenarnya kehidupan kita adalah jauh lebih baik lagi drpd mereka dan kita dah selangkah di depan mereka...
Kita adalah "role model" mereka kerana mereka selalu menjadikan kita sebagai fokus utama dlm kehidupan seharian mereka...

We will not be easily bouncy and impressed by the people who are not happy with our lives because we know that our life is much better than them and we are already one step ahead of them...
We are their "role model" because they always make us the main focus in their daily lives...

Jgn biasakan ada mindset "nak cantik nak sihat wajib ambil supplements" - THAT'S NOT TRUE!!!

I know some of you yg probably don't agree but i just HAVE TO HAVE TO share to all of you to be extra careful when it comes to supplements. Sebab Ramona perasan terlalu ramai yg inbox & comment bertanyakan pasal supplement apa yg Ramona ambil. Sama lah mcm skincare / makeup, bukan semua yg merbahaya tapiiiiiiiii random supplements yg you guys don't even know kilang tang mana buat mcm mana, what kind of research & development they had, itu yg scaryyyyyy.
Anyway, perlu Ramona tekankan di sini that.. Kalau boleh avoid, cuba avoid, and go as natural as you can. I've been telling everyone the sameee thing..! Questions that I get :
1. Boleh suggest utk ambil supplement apa tak?
2. Apa yg Ramona buat utk jaga badan?
3. Makan apa utk maintain jaga kulit?
Semua soalan2 tu I end up replying :
A. Ramona dah stop ambik apa2 supplements roughly about 1 year before getting pregnant, just because i want to go as natural as i can.
B. Its all about EXERCISING. Guys, dalam badan banyak toxic, you have to bagi keluar peluh utk keluarkan toxic2 tersebut. Exercise helps in terms of improving skin problems, digestions, and many2 more..! Takyah ambik supplement, keluarkan secara natural je. Plg senang pegi jalan / jogging for 15 mins minimum 3x a week. Asalkan PELUH KELUAR.
C. DRINK WATER like crazy. Air putih air putih air putih. Heret la botol air ke hulu ke hilir, pegi la toilet sheeshee 10x pun, after some time you'll get use to it. Drinking water tu no 1 punya petua cantik & sihat. Malas mcm mana pun minimum 2 LITER per day!
D. JAGA MAKAN. Tipu la ramona tak mkn unhealthy food. Nasi goreng kampung, sotong goreng telur masin, chicken chop, coffee, cakes apa yg Ramona tak sumbat masuk mulut. I eat EVERYTHING. Tapiiii, org taktau, i still eat healthy food such as salad, sandwich, oat, cereals. And when i cook at home, Ramona make sure utk tak guna minyak all the time. Ambil cth tomyam, i just boil everything without masukkan setitik pun minyak masak. Or cut down nasi putih, skali skala gantikan dgn quinoa, or wholemeal bread, or even pasta! Malay food byk guna minyak so you can adjust it by yourself bila masak sendiri kat rumah. ULAM jgn lupa!!
E. Jgn abaikan FRUITS & VEGETABLES. Kita focus sgt kat main course sampai selalu lupa kat buah & sayur. Beli je stock byk2 simpan kat rumah, boring2 masuk dapur potong la 1 biji apple ke, or rebus broccoli mkn dgn sauce ke. Malas sgt lalu2 kat gerai2 buah tu, beli je la 1 or 2 packets and mkn terus.
So that's what i meant by saying "GO NATURAL". If you can do all that, takyah sibuk nak cari supplements dah, insyaAllah cukup and sihat tubuh badan. Again i repeat, bukan semua supplements tak elok, cuma kalau boleh tak ambil, that's even better. I hope this helps!
