Can't gig, can't climb, so why not practice so much guitar that I hurt my hand?
前幾天為了抵抗自己的焦慮每天都練習了大概6個小時結果受傷了，但是還好有錄好這個影片可以分享一下。
I've been practicing about 6 hours a day to combat my anxiety, which ended in a mild wrist sprain, but at least I got this video.

身體健康固然重要，

哭從來都不代表軟弱！
它是一個抒發的途徑！
