Happiness is a plate of homemade yong tau foo from @ytfhouse . Delighted to be able to try their Sharing Platter B which is good for sharing between 3-4 pax. There’s 6 types of ytf — Eggplant, Chilli, ladyfingers, tau kwa, bittergourd and Tofu puffs.
We loved that the meat filling are not too salty and the brown sauce served on the side - not sure what is the secret recipe behind it - but so light and aromatic. It went perfectly well with the YTF. Not to forget the power chinchalok which gave this meal a good kick 👍🏻 The Happiness Roll ($3 each) is 真材實料, very tasty and yet not too greasy. 好吃!
