雖然巨企總會有多啲資源去攪family-friendly policy，但family-friendly唔一定要有Microsoft咁嘅規模先做到。
老實講，20星期全薪產假，6星期侍產假呢啲對大部分公司嚟講都好鬼離地。但好似flexible hour、mobile desk、care giver leave呢啲，中小型公司一樣可以考慮。
而且，佢地亦都示範咗僱主形象可以點樣成為企業形象工程嘅一部分，HR一樣可以幫公司賣廣告。
