การ์ตูนเรื่อง “ครัวบ้านบ้าน” ภาคฤดูร้อน หรือ “My Little Kitchen : In Summer" ของ พิชญ์สินี ตังกิตตินัน สามารถคว้ารางวัล Silver Award ในงาน Manga International ครั้งที่ 13 เพื่อส่งเสริมศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นในต่างประเทศ

จากการเล่าเรื่องราวผ่านตัวเอก นักเขียนการ์ตูนหญิงสาวที่เดินทางกลับบ้านเกิด เพื่อพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวที่ เชียงรายจังหวัดทางภาคเหนือ แต่เนื้อหามีคุณค่าตรงการเล่าเรื่องราวการทำอาหารพื้นบ้านหลากหลายเมนู โดยบอกที่มาวัตถุดิบ และวิธีการปรุง แม้จะเป็นเพียงหนังสือการ์ตูนแต่ก็ทำให้ได้ทั้งความรู้ และความเพลิดเพลิน
พิชญ์สินี รู้สึกภาคภูมิใจที่ได้มีโอกาสนำเสนอชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ในฐานะชาวภาคเหนือในแง่มุมต่าง ๆให้ผู้อ่านได้รับรู้ในระดับชาติ

โดยคนไทย เคยวาดการ์ตูนจนได้รับรางวัล Gold Award มาแล้ว 3 ครั้งคือ จักรพันธ์ ห้วยเพชร ในปี 2009 / โกสินทร์ จีนสีคง ในปี 2012
และ เปรมา จาตุกัญญาประทีป ในปี 2014

But the content is worth telling stories about local cooking. Many menus, informing ingredients and how to cook even if it's just a comic book. But it makes both knowledge and enjoyment.
