近期參加了朋友 真的咖啡 Zhen De Coffee 舉辦的 水平計畫，一系列的動態靜心活動。
拿起這毛筆抄心經，回憶一點一滴地浮現。我和姊姊總是會開玩笑地說，這紙筆就是我們的童年陰影。小時候我們的寒暑假，哪兒都不能去，從早上吃完早餐後，父親即開始要求我們去拿起舊報紙去提筆練字。以前的我相當地不能理解，為什麼明明是開心地放假，我們卻總是只能無奈掙扎地每天練六到八小時的字。
不同於其他學生，寒暑假是我最害怕的日子。
而父親總是很簡單地帶過：『這樣你們才不會變壞。』
今時今日，坐在這紙筆面前，我可以理解父親想要表達的一課，也開始享受這樣子的靜心練習。
然而，孩提時期的我，對於這新鮮的世界充滿著好奇，抑制著那些衝動，反而成了反效果。當時的我想要學單車，想要跟同學去玩球，想要跟大夥兒一起坐公車去探險，因為我長期無法參與這些活動，假期結束後回到了學校，反而與同學越來越陌生，人際關係也日益衰退，讓我開始對於自己相當地沒自信，進入了一個惡性的循環。
當你需要時，身體和腦子自然會告訴你。
享受瘋狂，迎接自己的黑暗面，與自己瘋癲的對話，這都是人生中會經歷到，也不需要去躲藏的過程。
靜心應該要是一種自然而然會發生的旅程。
平靜，總是從混沌中淬煉出來的。
Calligraphy, it was once my childhood trauma. There were about 5 years in my childhood during the summer vacation where my father would demand that I practice calligraphy. He always said that it was good for kids to practice as it would teach us to stay peaceful.
The truth is that it brought me a lot of troubles. He made me stay home and practice calligraphy for about 6-8 hours each day so I could not spend time with my school mates. When I went back to school, I felt isolated, no one wanted to talk to me because I didn’t get involved in any of the summer activities.
Being a child I didn’t understand the power of this mindful practice. It was forced on me and not something I could experience peacefully. After experiencing many amazing things in my life I can now appreciate this practice the way it was meant to be experienced.
True peace should happen organically.
