Buenos Aires的海關關員似乎很少機會接觸香港的護照，問了我們很久有沒有Visa，我們的西語施展渾身解數，跟他們解釋我們不需要Visa入境的，然後有多2名關員了解我們的狀況。網上流傳，中、南美的一大特色就是隨性，若他們不予你入境，就算你不用visa入境，他們也可以以這理由很拒絕你入境。幸好，我們最後順利入境，虛驚一場。

Custom officers in Buenos Aires were not familiar with Hong Kong passport and we were questioned whether we needed visa or not. We tried to use our limited Spanish to explain to the custom that we do not need a visa. At last, our case was transferred to 2 other custom officers before we get the permit entry. From what we heard from internet, a custom officer in Central or South American could reject your entry, if they do not feel comfortable. Fortunately, that was all false alarm.
