我可以想到四種做法，都有各自的優缺點：

1. 直接 POST 到你要跳轉的那頁

山不轉路轉，不要 redirect 問題就沒了。HTML form 的 action 參數可以控制
POST 目標。或者是你乾脆讓 POST 的結果就顯示使用者資訊就好。反正不要跳轉
就沒事。

優點：超簡單。
缺點：如果你有其他狀況需要註冊後「不」顯示這個頁面，就會比較麻煩。
另外就是使用者無法 refresh 這個頁面（因為不是 idempotent）。

2. 用 GET parameters 傳

反正你都要顯示在頁面上了，也沒什麼不能給別人看的。直接這樣：

url = ... # 看你怎麼得到跳轉目標
url += '?username={username}&email={email}'.format(
username=urllib.quote(username, safe=''),
email=urllib.quote(email, safe=''),
)
return HttpResponseRedirect(url)

然後在跳轉後的頁面用 request.GET 就可以拿到。

優點：也還滿簡單的，而且你的註冊頁可以重用，沒有上面的問題。
缺點：資料都被看光光，GET parameters 有點醜。

3. 用 status code 307

根據 HTTP 1.1，status code 307 Temporary Redirect 要求客戶端對跳轉
目標以相同 verb 重複剛剛的 request。所以你可以這樣寫

# 在某處...
from django.http.response import HttpResponseRedirect

class HttpResponseTemporaryRedirect(HttpResponseRedirect):
status_code = 307

# 這樣跳轉
return HttpResponseTemporaryRedirect(url)

這樣 client 就會把剛剛 POST 給註冊頁的資料再 POST 給跳轉目標。在目標
view 中再做處理就好了。

優點：和 2. 差不多，但沒有 GET parameters 的問題。
缺點：很舊的瀏覽器（IE 6…）不支援 307，然後你就 GG 了。

4. 用 session

放棄上面的玩法，就用 session 吧。

優點：如果你做對了基本上一定能動。
缺點：比較麻煩，而且多了一個東西要考慮，就會有更多發生錯誤的可能。
例如若使用者在你要求跳轉時不接受或發生錯誤，他的 session 資料會
處在很奇怪的狀態。

看起來是沒有特別萬能的方法，自己選吧。
