It's been heartwarming seeing how the 5yo dotes on his little brother. He kisses him a hundred times a day, he rubs his hair against his, he lets him grab his fingers, he asks to carry him every time he sees him, he rushes to feed him with the bottle when he is hungry, he sings lullabies to him, he gets protective when others carry the baby, he sleeps with him on the same bed and he just keeps saying "My Didi is so cute!"
Right, we also have the occasional "I wish I can be as small as Didi" and "I want to be a baby again" which are signs that he is also a little sad about not being the youngest anymore. But other than that, this big brother has been a gem and it's a joy seeing how the two brothers are starting to bond.
Can't wait to see what adventures, or mischief, you two will be up to in the near future and I am so glad that you have each other to lean on for life. Love you, my boys! ❤
P.S. I received so many comments from readers, family and friends saying that these two look alike and indeed, they do. Still, can't wait to see them developing their unique characters over time and I hope they will always share this special brotherly bond.
