I don't know how to describe it.. 🤔 Usually Aji 鰺 is just a normal fish that u can fish anytime, but for some unknown reason Sushi Saito Perfects it.. Got to try it to believe 🍣😍. Everytime it Springs a surprise

其實這店跟天本那裡比較難訂真的很難説，見人見智。所以把它們並列第一難訂比較中肯!
每一次用餐都看到師父功力的淋灕盡致，也非常享受！
好吃程度非照片和文字可形容!
唯一能挑剔就是價錢（正常Omakase）算是全台最貴，接近香港及中國一級壽司店價位！🤣

When it comes to which one is the most difficult to book in Taiwan, it’s really hard to say which one is ‘easier’ compare to Amamoto and it’s all depends on individual customer’s basis. So it’s more fair and objective to rank them both as tied 1st place.
Adachi San’s excellent craftsmanship is consistently demonstrated every visit and it’s always enjoyable.
It’s impossible to describe how good it is through photos and words!
The only comment is that it is likely the most expensive sushi restaurant (standard omakase) in Taiwan with pricing getting close to top sushi restaurants in HK and China. 🤣

Here's my birthday treat from mum, my first Omakase experience. I've been longing to try this out for the longest time but my chinaman husband doesn't take raw fish so this wouldn't be something he would enjoy but I'm so glad my mum read my mind and brought me to one ✌
Anyway back to my lunch, it was such a gastronomic experience, the food was just so good, words cannot describe it you've just got to experience it yourself. Master Chef Ori has brought out the best of each ingredient, besides the really delicious meal I had, it was also a joy to sit behind the sushi bar and watch a master chef at work, this was surely an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to go back again for another one 🍣
