Yeah‼️ This weekend #mylittleniece & Sienny Yong aka Siennylovesdrawing 👩🏻👶🏻 had fun creating 4️⃣ simple #nutrition snacks/ meals with her favourite 💗 #KokoKrunch from Nestlé by adding her 👶🏻 favourite #fruits 🍇🍓🍊, as well as the fruit she likes less (Shh...It's banana 🍌 ), not just that she also use base for her little niece like less food items ie. Her favourite (1️⃣st item) is "Dolphin 🐬 Fruits Koko Krunch Cup". What Sienny did is she told little niece, "Dolphin (banana) loves Koko Krunch" & she 👶🏻👀 can see that the dolphin actually bites a Koko Krunch in her mouth (Rostrum)

That actually makes her little niece finish the whole cup with banana 🍌 as her last fruit to chew 😀 Hurray‼️ Her simple trick works & her little niece now eats bananas because of dolphins, 1 of her favourite aquatic #animals. This cereal cup can be enjoyed by little ones just as it is, ie. Chewing the Koko Krunch & the fruits interchangeably or add in fresh milk 🥛 , cultured milk or yogurt 🍦 or ice cream 🍨(Any flavours) as #breakfast or anytime #snacks during the day

終於來到2020年的最後一個月了！12月應該是充滿節日氣氛，高高興興地迎接新一年，今年卻多災多難！想要好好地跟家人朋友聚會都變成奢望，好吧，只能用美食讓自己暫時逃離一下現實吧 😁
早陣子，有幸嚐到這生機純素套餐，所有食物不僅僅是純素這麼簡單，更厲害的是沒有使用任何麵粉、精製糖(白砂糖)、添加劑丶防腐劑丶人造色素丶香料等等，而且沒有經過高溫處理，更完整地保留食材營養！
你沒看錯，水果朱古力奶油撻、香草和煙燻芝士、薑味小蛋糕、尼泊爾岩米燉飯等，都是沒有煮過喔！這裡特別想要介紹一下「香草和煙燻芝士」🧀，使用了水克菲爾珠菌自家發酵而成 (水克非爾珠菌是由一群益生菌組合而成)，所以含有超大量的活性益生菌！而且味道遠比純素芝士好吃 😇，更不用說一般的普通芝士了！

Raw Vegan Christmas Party🎄
It's finally the last month of 2020! December should be full of festive mood, but now wanting to have a good gathering with family and friends has become a wish! Well, I decided to have some delicious food to temporarily escape from reality 😁
Earlier, I was fortunate to have tasted this Raw Vegan Meal. All the food is not just vegan. It does not use any flour, refined sugar, additives, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, etc. And without high temperature cooked, the nutrition of the ingredients is more completely retained!
You read that right, the fruit chocolate cream tart, herbs and smoked cheese, ginger-flavored mini cakes, Nepalese rock rice stew, etc. are all uncooked! I especially want to introduce the "Herbs and Smoked cheese" 🧀, which is house-cultured by using Water Kefir Grains, so it contains a lot of active Probiotics! And it tastes far better than vegan cheese 😇, not to mention ordinary cheese!
This set is available from time to time, but if you want to try their "Raw Vegan Cheese", I highly recommend this recently launched [Three Cheeses Xmas Platter Set], which contains three types of cheeses, and four types raw vegan crackers that match perfectly with the cheeses. You will even get a 4-inch raw vegan cake if you orderd it now (my dad’s birthday cake!)! Super good!

With my kids spending more time at home now, I have to stock up some snacks for in between meal times. I want to give them healthier snacks. So I thought of cultured milk drinkslike Fernleaf CalciYum, which has probiotic DR20. Probiotics support healthy digestive system, and keep the body resistance strong. It is also high in calcium, enriched with Vitamin D, which are all good for my growing kids.

I also buy CalciYum yogurt as it is good for digestion. CalciYum yogurt has many different fruity variants and my kids like it. Sometimes, I also use CalciYumyogurt to make ice cream, just add an ice cream stick to the cup and freeze it! Make it even more fun for my kids to enjoy them!
It is also nice to eat the yogurt just like that.
