I love making pizza at home because it allows me to be creative and use any topping I crave at the moment. This weekend I bought amazing provolone cheese and spicy salami. So within half an hour we had a cheesy, tangy and spicy pizza on the table. Try it!

* TOOL:
- 1 large pan or pot with the bottom having a diameter of at least 25 cm, no need to be non-stick.
- aluminium foil
* INGREDIENTS
PIZZA CHICKEN BBQ
A. Dough: 170~180 gram pizza dough (1/2 recipe from my homemade pizza dough tutorial: https://youtu.be/g8PY9vFnjQw)
B. Topping
- 200 gram (1/2 lb.) chicken without bones
- 30 gram (1 oz.) pepperoni peppers or green paprika
- 15 gram (1/2 oz) red onion
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) BBQ sauce
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
- 20 ml (1.5 Tbsp) homemade pizza sauce (tutorial: https://youtu.be/WgXZAy_mSBI)
- 120~150 gram (4~5.5 oz.) cheese, shredded (I used Mozzarella, you can choose whichever cheese that you like)
PIZZA PEPPERONI

B. Topping
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
- 20 ml (1 Tbsp) homemade pizza sauce (tutorial: https://youtu.be/WgXZAy_mSBI)
- 16~20 slices of salami
- 30 gram (1 oz) pepperoni peppers or green paprika, seeds removed, thinly sliced
- 120~150 gram (4~5.5 oz.) cheese, shredded (I used Mozzarella and Parmesan)
