最近 wfh 在家不能出門爬山玩水、也不能去健身房運動快瘋惹🤣 還好最近發現新的玩具 #ZENDANZ 的 CrossBeat 彈力帶,在家也能做阻力訓練!
除了彈力帶本身之外,也很用心的製作一系列的彈力帶運動影片,讓不知道怎麼運用彈力帶的人也能快速上手~ 這次玩了幾組 “upper body training”, “full body coordination”, “core stability” 都蠻不錯的,搭配音樂又更動態和有節奏感,很像在跳舞 🤸🏼
平常除了偶爾上 CrossFit 、瑜珈和自己健身之外,很少使用彈力帶做訓練,這次用了發現可以運動到一些平常訓練不到的肌群,可以幫助我們有更全面的全身訓練,做完立刻有感!真心推薦👍🏻

40 types of variations to train your Abs & Core stability. You don't have to do all 40 of them in one session. Select 5 out of 40 and do them in a circuit format is good enough!
Note: This is not a spot-reduction video. Doing these exercises alone won't help you to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)
