• 焗麵包布甸 Baked Bread Pudding $55. Recommended to be paired with their Trio Blend, Italian Hot Chocolate drink 😋

•Madeleines & Financiers by @hamibernice @hamibakery are always one of the best in HK as I have always said. Apart from the ones say at Arbor, ex Spoon/Rech by Alain Ducasse, or now Batard is decent. The default Madeleine with Lemon Zest, also Keemun Tea are lovely. Using a famous Japanese baking mould

•Cold Brew Cacao Tea 🍫🍵 . With Cacao Nibs, & a reduced Cacao Syrup from 🇹🇼. Due to the way its made, similar to some Cold Brew coffees, it also carries a slight shochu like alcoholic note. I liked the Cacao syrup so much I started pouring some on the Bread Pudding to eat 😁🍞😍

Today is such a looooong day, why does Monday always suck the life out of us? But despite the endless work call and never ending task lists, I feel so contended. I took my time to a long hot shower (the ones that burns skin), and pour myself an ice cold cucumber water and a good solid mask. Immensely proud of this local brand @bblabs.international , who educates the importance of skin barrier instead of focusing a short term relief - which is drying out the affected areas that will eventually triggered our oil gland to produce more oil thinking that we are out of it. Then the biscuits cycle continues. All their products are MADE on Malaysia too. 🇲🇾🇲🇾

From having 60 active hormonal acnes on my face to none, it took exactly 1 year! So, trust the process and most importantly, trust science and READ the ingredients!

This is an irresistibly fun recipe to make with little ones - the stacking of KitKats, the assembling of pudding and banana in a glass - the whole process is a great bonding activity for the whole family.

As a nice cold treat or a sweet-tooth's afternoon pick me up, the pudding is versatile, can't find Choco Banana KitKat? The good ol' KitKats do the trick too!

1 pack Instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups (473ml) Cold milk
2 cups (473ml) Whipping cream
½ cup (118ml) Condensed milk
