[Asmus Toys Announcement] Parcel Delivery Instruction
As Of 18th March 2020, all the international parcels are temporarily unavailable for customers who live in the following 30 countries (includes Asia, Europe, Africa and Central & South America), as announced by the ChungHwa Post Co., Ltd.:
1. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, some of the freights have been temporarily stopped. For letters and parcels send to the following countries are not able to be dealt with at the moment.
i. Asia (7 Countries): Kazakhstan、Jordan、Turkmenistan、Azerbaijan、Sri Lanka、Kyrgyzstan、Uzbekistan
ii. Europe (6 Countries): Ireland、Ukraine、Moldova、Malta、Belarus、Estonia
iii. Africa (9 Countries): Ghana、Ethiopia、Egypt、Morocco、Tanzania、Sierra Leone、Nigeria、Kenya、Mauritius
iv. Central & South America (8 Countries): Paraguay、Colombia、Argentina、Guatemala、Peru、Uruguay、Panama、Honduras
2. If the order comes from countries mention above, customer can choose to use FedEx with USD$25 shipping fee or we will post the good when postal service becomes available
3. FedEx Service is currently unavailable for customers who live in Italy and Philippines
