It is a TEA-rific Christmas with Purple Cane 🎅🎄🎉

Received my limited edition Cane's Twin Pack Christmas giftbox, and I decided to make a healthy Honeylicious Fruit Punch Tea with their Cane's White Tea. It is refreshing with hint of fruity sweetness, perfect to go with some festive cakes and snacks.

Firstly, I cut the apple and orange into small pieces. Then I prepare a pot of hot water, put in the Cane's White Tea bag, apples and oranges, let it brew and infuse for 10 minutes. I also add in some honey and stir lightly to mix everything together upon serving.

上星期六我和昕昕去咗馬鞍山新港城中心的《MOSTown x Sanrio characters Christmas Galleria》，整個展覽分為6大展區，各有主題特色，喜歡Sanrio 卡通的朋友真係唔好錯過！

「星夜光影聲樂之旅」
以獨特數碼聲畫打造，等你同摯愛置身於超夢幻星空世界，同Hello Kitty一齊細聽聲音故事導航，進入梵高嘅時空，感受隆河上嘅星夜！在最後更會拍下10秒影片可送回電郵留念，影片稍後放入留言😅

「梵高午睡梳乎藝拍區」
有梳乎蛋同大家一齊慢步梵高稻田，享受午睡嘅休閒！手機掃描場內QR code登入互動平台，運用「AI智能濾鏡」拍攝印象派嘅照片，做個藝拍大師！可惜我當日冇留意所以冇用到濾鏡🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

**以上兩個展區需要下載 H COINS手機應用程式，每次限最多4人入場（通常每次都係一家人入）

「莫內寫意浪漫遊」
鍾情莫內畫作？呢區就不能錯過啦！有Little Twin Stars於莫內筆下嘅花園中泛舟；亦有玉桂狗、Mocha、Chiffon以及Milk喺花田中寫意野餐；仲有Hello Kitty、My Melody同玉桂狗同遊吉維尼，一齊釣魚作樂！

「優雅印象派」
充滿住19世紀末法國生活嘅美好年華！芭蕾舞課中同舞蹈員翩翩起舞嘅Hello Kitty、Little Twin Stars及My Melody；仲有作品如Pommes et oranges（蘋果和橘子）、Le cirque馬戲團！各位文青仲可以用手機製作主題聖誕E-card，將個人頭像融合喺Sanrio characters嘅剪影之中！

「大師名畫藝廊」
一次過飽覽大師作品，包括戴上Hello Kitty珠寶嘅蒙羅麗莎；靜靜隱藏於作品Le Printemps（春天）及L'Eté（夏天）中嘅Dear Daniel同Hello Kitty；仲有立體藝術品Hippopotame（河馬），加入咗Hello Kitty紋樣，更添趣味！

「藝術殿堂廣場」
My Melody喺L3活動區嘅「藝術殿堂廣場」Ready，同大家喺一眾Sanrio characters剪影同埋大師級藝術作品前面，拍攝充滿夢幻氣氛嘅互動AR相，為文藝之旅留下完美嘅句號。

毎年12月初旬、私には大きな仕事が待ち構えています。
それは家の中にクリスマスツリーを飾ること。

今年は予想以上に大きなモミの木がやってきたので、
手持ちのオーナメントに加え、
オレンジやミカンでオーナメント作ってみることにしました。

INGREDIENTS

200 gr orange peel (from 4 - 5 oranges)
250 gr caster sugar (1C plus 1.5 Tbsp)
100 gr honey (1/4 C plus 1 Tbsp)
Tap water
Salt
Caster sugar and chocolate to cover the candies (optional)

NOTES FOR SUCCESS

1. The longer the peel is soaked in sugar and honey, the better its taste is.

2. The amount of time that the peel is cooked in sugar and honey syrup depends on the thickness of the peel. If the peel is not very thick, don't cook it for too long as it can become very soft.

3. Drying the candies: If you are living in a place with very cool temperature and low humidity, drying the candies at room temperature for hours is completely fine.

However, an oven can helps fasten this procedure. 10 - 20 mins in the oven at 100 - 110 deg. C/ 212 - 230 deg. F is enough to dry the candies. Don't leave them in the oven for too long or they will become hard.

4. For chocolate dip: Melt 80 gr chocolate with 20 gr milk.

5. These candies can be stored in air-tight bags in a dry and cool place for weeks.
