如果你也跟我一樣,覺得這個世界不應該是弱肉強食、不是你死就是我活;
如果你也看見了這個世界其實有足夠的資源支持每一個生命,而多數人所體驗到的匱乏事實上是人為體制的造作;
如果你也看見了以錢至上的社會,是如何破壞了人與人之間的連結;

After a few months, I finally finished taking the online course I've introduced to you before - Living in The Gift.
If you also believe that this world is not a zero-sum game; if you also sense that most of the scarcity we experience is artificial, and the world is inherently abundant; if you also see how our current money system ruins relationships; if you also feel that life is a gift and we all have our unique contributions...I believe you'll resonate a lot with the course.
While taking the course, I was able to examine different aspects of my life through the lens of gift.
For example, I've been offering my home to CouchSurfers since 2012 wherever I am in the world; we didn't have a fixed salary while running leadership school Knowmads Hanoi - instead, we sat in a circle and distributed money based on the contributions and needs of each of the core team members; my partner and I were able to live in Europe for five months last year mostly because our friends generously offered their homes to us.
When you receive a gift, it's natural for you to want to give back to more people, and that's what I'm doing by sharing about the course - it's a wonderful gift that has come to me, and I only hope more people would be able to experience the shift I've experienced. Thank you Charles Eisenstein and the team for creating the opportunity for deeper transformation.

The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible (Sacred Activism)
Charles Eisenstein

🌻The End DOESN'T Justify The Means 🌻
I believe that in order to create a more loving world, we need to do so with love in our every step. To achieve a goal in any ways possible is war mentality, and simply googling for five minutes can tell us whether all the wars we've fought (or are still fighting) rendered peace.
In war, every party believes justice is on their side. We determine who our enemies are based on superficial factors, in many cases without asking what conditions gave birth to their "evilness." Could it be that their basic needs such as feeling respected, safe and secure aren't met? Can we meet them face to face with an open heart in order to understand?
When we share the causes we deeply care about with others, can we remember to do so from a place of kindness and compassion? Can we refrain from projecting our pain onto them?
I didn't invent any of the above - I simply read a book that Charles Eisenstein wrote and resonated a lot with it. If you're like me, wanting to create a more beautiful world, I highly recommend "The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible (Sacred Activism)." It has helped me take a step back, look at things in a more holistic way, and embark on my journey again. 💗
