1. 先將麵包搽滿牛油放入焗爐烤脆🥯
2. 以鹽同黑椒醃漢堡
3. 放入牛油並以中大火烤熱煎pan🧈
4. 加入漢堡每邊煎2-3mins,擺塊芝士喺面,順手煎埋煙肉至脆身🧀🥓
5. 層層疊落埋醬汁,或者加入你喜歡嘅蕃茄🍅、煎蛋🍳、生菜🥬、pickles又得,完成✅

🌱🌎 This Vegetarian Plant Based Burger 🍔 is freakishly humongous in size, with Fries HKD $165. Taste is also terrific, loving the de-skinned red Piquillo peppers too, & Pesto Mayo! 【Terrible Baby, Eaton Hotel 逸東酒店, Yau Ma Tei 🇭🇰】Some people have asked me offline, where can we buy Impossible Meat, and as far as I know, the Demand is greater > Supply for now, so they are investing into expanding the operation ❤️💚. However it is available to buy from Online in small quantities, albeit it is fairly pricey.. It is actually a few times more expensive than actual Minced meat, but all for the benefit of our future generations.

As a Burger fanatic, I have to say this 'substitute' totally satisfies me. Not every shop cooks this plant based Burger excellently, but Eaton Hotel does a tremendous job, so does Butcher's Club, or Beef & Liberty etc. But the one here is the biggest size plus the Bun is very high quality, brioche like but less buttery greasy 😂 I can't live without Wagyu Beef 和牛 for now, but give me this any time to curb my burger craving 🐮 👍🏻 ( #Vegetarian #Burger #素食 #逸東酒店 #黃店 #Hongkong #HKEVegetarian )

Pork done right at The Butcher's Table. I like the US pork loin and the pork burger with pancetta.
Siew yuk could use a bit more salt but it's fatty and crispy enough. For those with a ferocious appetite (like me), Butcher's Big Breakfast is one to consider. ;)
