We have more than 300km adventures with this mountain bike!🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ I'm glad we really use our bike although it just around the beautiful lake park, but hundreds round of them for sure! 😂🤪

If you are interested in cycling, it is not necessary to buy an expensive bicycle and outfits. Of course the more you invest the better is the performance. Depends on your budget, fitness goals, and ambition.

If you want to start something new, being active, and build a good habit, the key is to start and find decent sports equipment that suits your goal and budget. Avoid buying things because of following other people or following the trend. Do what fits you.

You can also keep yourself active at home by doing body exercise that does not require any equipment too. Plenty of good workouts and routines to follow on the web. Good to invest in good exercise shoes so you don't injure yourself when working hard.

Remember not to compare your exercise journey with other people and not to overwhelm your budget when exploring sports equipment or outfit.

Keep yourself as active as possible even at home. Do house chores, room workout, gardening and so much more to keep you healthy and strong. Always be diligent okay! Take care all🤍

從原廠腳踏會壓到原廠排氣管開始，就是條不歸路了。一直換下去就是連支架都要改。不只是帥氣造型而已，真的對騎乘有幫助，不然卡到靴子蠻危險的。
