Resepi Kek Butter Cheese Blueberry
Alhamdulillah... Kejadian yg Sgt sempurna....hehe🤭😁
Bahan2
250g butter anchor (ape2 brand pon x kesah) nk shedap pakai la yg mahal sikit😂
250g cheese tatura
1 1/4 Cwn gula kastor
2 1/4 Cwn tepung naik sendiri
1/3 Cwn susu full cream
3 biji telur A
Esen vanilla (sis pakai butter vanilla.. 1 umah bau wangi)
Filling blueberry secukupnye
Cara2 :
👉🏿Panaskan oven 180°c Dan gris loyang 9x9 dgn shortening
👉🏿Pukul butter + gula + Esen vanilla sehingga berkrim. Kemudian masukan telur satu persatu Dan pukul lg sampai sebati.
👉🏿Masukan cheese pukul sebati Dan masukan susu full krim td... Pukul lg sehingga sebati
👉🏿Akhir sekali masukan tepung yg telah di ayak Dan pukul lg...
👉🏿Masukan adunan td 2 atau 3 senduk ke dlm loyang Dan ratakan....
👉🏿Kemudian letak blueberry filling menggunakan sudu kecik... (dot dot)
👉🏿Masukan lg adunan td Dan Ulang sehingga abis...
👉🏿Bakar pd suhu 150°c selama 1 jam atau sehingga masak....

Blueberry Butter Cheese Cake Recipe
Alhamdulillah... A very perfect incident.... hehe 🤭😁
Ingredients
250 g butter anchor (whatever brand doesn't matter) to shedap use it a bit expensive 😂
250 g cheese tatura
1 1/4 Cups of castor sugar
2 1/4 cups of flour up by myself
1/3 cups of milk full cream
3 eggs A
Vanilla essence (sis uses butter vanilla.. 1 house smells good)
Filling blueberry is enough
Ways:
👉🏿 Heat up the oven 180°c And free 9 x9 brass with shortening
👉🏿 Hit butter + sugar + vanilla essence until creamy. Then put the egg in one by one and hit it until it's mixed.
👉🏿 Put in cheese and put in full cream milk just now... Hit it until it's mixed
👉🏿 Finally put in the flour that has been in ayak and hit again...
👉🏿 Put the mix in 2 or 3 spoon into the brass and flatten it....
👉🏿 Then put blueberry filling using small spoon... (dot dot)
👉🏿 Put in the mix and repeat until the end...
👉🏿 Burn at 150°c for 1 hours or until cooking....

市面上有那麼多種的食譜,
使用高筋 中筋 低筋 三種麵粉做的司康差別在哪呢?
這次試作了三種,影片中可以找到答案~🤗
(此食譜源自日本名師 #小山進 的司康配方,有脆脆外殼與柔和香氣,味道清爽非常耐吃。)

00:16 Tart dough
50g Coconut oil
30g Powdered sugar
20g Almond flour
105g Flour
35g Water
-Mold 16cm x 2.5cm
-Leave the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
-Put it in a mold and let it cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours before baking.
-conventional 200℃ 15min.
4:19 Blue coconut filling
2 tbsp Cornstarch *10g
1/2 tsp Agar *2g
25g Sugar
250g Coconut milk
1/8 tsp Blue spirulina powder
-Mold 14cm
7:38 Blueberry filling
50g Coconut oil
50g Almond flour
10g Flour
60g Blueberry jam (60% fruit)
60g Blueberries
-conventional 200℃ 25min.
Decoration
Blueberry jam (60% fruit)
Blueberries
Herbs and so on

韓国で誕生した話題のセンイルケーキは、シンプルでとてもおしゃれなスイーツ♪

センイルケーキ
2人分
材料:
■バタークリーム
粉砂糖 240g
バター(無塩・室温に戻す)150g
牛乳 大さじ3
食紅(赤)少々
ミニバウムクーヘン 3個
バナナ 1/2本
ブルーベリージャム 大さじ3
アラザン 適量
作り方:
1. バタークリームを作る。ボウルにバターを入れてゴムベラでよく練り混ぜる。粉砂糖と牛乳を加え、ハンドミキサーで混ぜる。
2. デコレーション用に大さじ1ずつとりわけ、片方は少量の水で溶いた食紅(赤)を加えて赤色のクリームを作る。いちばん量が多いクリームにも少量の水で溶いた食紅(赤)を加えて、薄ピンク色のクリームを作る。
3. バウムクーヘンの穴にバナナを切ってそれぞれ詰める。バウムクーヘンに薄ピンク色のクリームとブルーベリージャムを塗り、バウムクーヘンを重ねる。これを2回繰り返す。
4. バウムクーヘンを3段重ねたら、全体にクリームを薄く塗ったあと、綺麗にデコレーションをする。
5. キッチンペーパーでコルネを作り、白と赤のクリームを詰める。お好みのデコレーションをして、アラザンを飾ったら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
◆Buttercream
240g powdered sugar
150g butter (unsalted, at room temperature)
3 tablespoons milk
Some red food coloring
3 mini-baumkuchen
1/2 banana
3 tablespoons blueberry jam
Some silver dragées
PREPARATION
1. For buttercream: Knead butter with a rubber spatula in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and milk, whisk with a hand mixer.
2. Transfer 2 tablespoons of the cream (1) into 2 small bowls (1 tablespoon each). Add red food coloring (mix with water) into one of the bowls to make red cream. Add red food coloring (mix with water) into the cream (1) to make it pink.
3. Cut the banana into small pieces. Put them in the hole of mini-baumkuchen. Spread the pink cream and blueberry jam over mini-baumkuchen. Place another mini-baumkuchen. Repeat to make 3 layers.
4. Add the cream to the top and the sides of the 3 layered baumkuchen cake. Crumb coat the entire cake with a cake knife.
5. Using a piping bag (you can make one with parchment papers), decorate the cake with the red and white cream (2). Add some silver dragées on top. Enjoy!
