🌠不知道吃什麼的時候,就來做拌飯吃吧,美味又省事,比滷肉飯還要簡單哦 五花肉肥而不膩,香噴噴的誘惑力100分!十几分钟就能get到的零失误美味,确定不来试一试吗?
🍀食材:五花肉300g,洋蔥半個,胡蘿蔔小半根,生菜少許,薑片,蒜瓣,生抽,老抽,蠔油,白糖,澱粉
🍀Ingredients: 300g pork belly, half an onion, half a carrot, a little lettuce, sliced ginger, garlic cloves, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, starch
🌈做法:
1、調製醬汁:2匙生抽、1匙老抽、1匙蠔油、1匙白糖、小半碗清水,1匙澱粉,攪拌均勻
2、五花肉洗淨後冷藏兩小時,在冰凍狀態下切成薄片
3、冷水下五花肉,加薑片焯水
4、熱鍋下油爆香洋蔥和蒜瓣,放入五花肉快速翻炒至微微焦黃
5、加入醬汁,大火煮開轉小火煮至收汁即可

Annyeong everyone. Anyone miss Korean food so much? Since we can't dine it, so I place my order with Korean BBQ Restaurant San Nae Deul, Setiawalk Puchong. If you have changed to dine in, definitely much visit them. San Nae Deul serve authentic Korean food. I get to try their Gochujang Samgyeopsal set, Dwaeji Bulgogi Set, Kimchi Jjigae Set and lastly is Tangsuyuk. My favourite is Gochujang Samgyeopsal as it use Gochujang sauce to stir fry. The pork is tender and juicy. I do recommend the Kimchi Jjigae ( Kimchi Stew) as the rich texture of the Kimchi soup and use fresh ingredients. Tangsuyuk is sweet & Sour and I need to pour the vegetables sauce on it.
San Nae Deul is currently having a promotion and the price for the set is reasonable. Thumb up to their chef, their foid is up to my expectation.

近年大家對韓國美食的印象都被炸雞、即食麵、燒肉、部隊鍋文化淹沒,全部都是油炸、味濃的不健康食物,其實傳統韓國菜深受中國陰陽五行概念的影響,著重醫食同源、順應四時、講究平衡,所以傳統韓國菜會五色兼備:青、赤、黃、白、黑,五種顏色的食材對應身體五個臟腑:肝、心、脾、肺、腎,達致調和五臟的效果,韓式拌飯(Bibimbap)就可以輕鬆做到!這道韓國傳統美食要準備及處理多種材料,步驟看似繁複,但其實材料選擇很具彈性,沒有菠菜就換成青瓜,忘了買鮮冬菇換成紫菜亦可,是一道很方便的「清雪櫃」菜式。
韓式拌飯
材料:菠菜半斤、紅蘿蔔1/2條、雞蛋2隻、芽菜半斤、鮮冬菇3隻、牛肉200克、蒜頭(磨蓉)1瓣、白飯2碗、韓式拌飯醬適量
做法:
1. 材料洗淨,菠菜汆水燙熟,擠乾水份,加入蒜蓉、適量麻油及鹽拌勻備用;牛肉切絲,加適量豉油、糖、麻油醃20分鐘,下鑊炒熟備用;雞蛋煎成荷包蛋備用;鮮冬菇切片,與紅蘿蔔及芽菜分別加適量麻油及鹽炒熟,盛起備用。
2. 準備一隻大碗,鋪上白飯,再排上各種材料。
3. 進食前加入適量韓式拌飯醬拌勻即可。

Korean-style mixed rice (bibimbap) can nourish the five organs
In recent years, people’s impression of Korean food often revolves around fried chicken, instant noodles, grilled meat, and troop pot. They are mostly fried and heavily seasoned food that are often unhealthy.
Traditional Korean cuisine is actually heavily influenced by the Chinese’s concept of Yin Yang and Five Elements, which emphasize the medicinal values and the origins of the ingredients, its adjustment to the four seasons, and the importance of balance. This is why traditional Korean cuisine often contains five colors: green, red, yellow, white and black, which correspond with the five organs of the human body: liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidney.
This also means Korean mixed rice, or bibimbap, can be made easily at home! This delicacy requires quite a number of ingredients and the processes seemed to be complicated, but in fact, the preparation is rather flexible. You can always replace spinach with cucumber, or use seaweed instead of fresh mushrooms. It is an excellent dish to help clear the leftovers in your refrigerator.
Bibimbap
Ingredients: 300g spinach, half a carrot, 2 eggs, 300g beansprouts, 3 fresh Shitake mushrooms, 200g beef, 1 clove of minced garlic, 2 bowls of cooked rice, bibimbap paste
Preparation:
1. Rinse all the ingredients. Boil the spinach in hot water and rinse it off the excess water. Add garlic, an appropriate amount of sesame oil and salt, and mix well.
Slice the beef and marinate with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil for 20 minutes, then fry the mixture in a pan.
Fry the eggs; slice the fresh Shitake mushrooms, fry them together with carrot and beansprouts, then season the mixture with sesame oil and salt.
2. Fill up a large bowl with cooked rice, and lay all the ingredients that have been prepared in Step 1 on top of it.
3. Add bibimbap paste to serve.

One-Pot Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice with Meat and Vegetables in a Japanese school lunch style)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
200g(7oz.) pork or beef slices (or ground meat is ok)
200g(7oz.) bean sprouts
200g(7oz.) spinach
100g(3.5oz.) carrot
1 clove grated garlic
1 tbsp. grated ginger
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. Sake (white wine or you can skip it)
* 1 tbsp. chicken soup stock powder
* 1 tbsp. Miso
* 1 tsp. Gochujang (you can skip it if you think it is too hot for kids)
cooking oil
sesame oil
toasted white sesame seeds
2 eggs
800g(1.7lb.) cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Cut carrot into thin strips. Cut spinach into an inch pieces. Wash bean sprouts and drain well.
2. In a deep frying pan or a pot, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and make scrambled eggs. Mix in rice and set aside.
3. In the same pan, bring water to a boil and parboil carrot strips, spinach, and bean sprouts. Drain well and set aside.
4. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and heat garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add meat and cook until no longer pink.
5. Add the vegetables. Mix the seasonings * and add into the pan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Finish with 1 tbsp. of sesame oil.
6. Serve the meat and vegetables on top of the rice with scrambled eggs. Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds to finish.

【炊き込みビビンバ】
今日は、炊飯器ひとつで簡単に作れる『炊き込みビビンバ』を作りました。
材料も調味料もシンプルで、包丁やまな板も使わず、炊飯器に入れてスイッチ押すだけ!とても楽チン!こんなに簡単なのにとても美味しくて、お代わりは必須です。
辛いものが好きな方は、コチュジャンや追いキムチをしてお召し上がりください。
〈材料〉
米 2合
豚ひき肉 100g
もやし 1/2袋
キムチ 80g
☆焼肉のタレ 大さじ3
☆鶏がらスープの素 大さじ1/2
ごま油 大さじ1
塩 ブラックペッパー 適量
卵黄 コチュジャン お好みでトッピング

【Cooked bibimbap】
Today, we have made a "Cooked bibimbap" that you can easily make with a rice cooker.
The ingredients and seasonings are simple, you don't have to use a kitchen knife or cutting board, just put it in the rice cooker and press the switch! Very easy! It's so easy, it's so delicious, and a substitute is a must.
If you like spicy food, please enjoy gochujang or chase kimchi.
〈INGREDIENT〉
Rice 300g
Ground pork 100g
1/2 bag of sprouts
Kimchi 80g
☆ 3 tablespoons of grilled meat sauce
☆ 1/2 tablespoon chicken soup
