Vị trí :
- Đứng sau động từ thường: She runs quickly.(S-V-A)
- Sau tân ngữ: He speaks English fluently.(S-V-O-A)
Note:
- Đôi khi ta thấy trạng từ đứng đầu câu hoặc trước động từ nhằm nhấn mạnh ý câu hoặc chủ ngữ.
Ex: Suddenly, the police appeared and caught him.
- Những từ vừa là adjective vừa là adverb: wrong, long, late, last, kindly, hard, free, fast, daily, best, all day, early, well.
P/S: Trong tiếng Anh vẫn có những từ đặc biệt và ngoại lệ nhưng về cơ bản mem cứ nắm vững những dấu hiệu này là làm bài tập Từ loại Tiếng Anh được rồi :)

1.蓄力步-兩邊都要練
2.蓄力步以及雙腳的都要穿鞋子 因為需要剎車
3.單腳的動作及跳繩建議赤腳
4.訓練量:
蓄力步訓練建議 一邊10-15次 做3組
踮腳SLRDL建議 一邊10-15次 做3組
跳繩一次30秒 跳三組
(如果做不完 請以品質為主 )
除此之外 也要去試試看全力的垂直彈跳
但建議一樣品質大於數量
(若有不適 請停止訓練 並請專業人員協助)

It's hard to consolidate everyone's schedule so this mini-reunion game is something big for us already. UST's Pharmacy, Medtech, and biochem are under one umbrella; FACULTY OF PHARMACY.
VOLLEYBALL connects us all and set apart our differences coz our only goal is to PLAY and WIN! But brotherhood, treating you as a family and the perks of having a "CONNECTION" in the medical field is an added reward of being a volleyball player of Pharmacy.
