"Kenapa nama pena Kereta Mayat?"

Ok, saya jawab..

Bayangkan jika korang mati hari ini, kawan kau pun update Facebook:

“Al fatihah untuk (isikan nama Facebook anda)”

Maka semua kawan kawan korang dalam Facebook yang sebelum ini tak pernah like atau share status korang, klik link FB korang buat kali terkahir untuk like, atau letak emoji love, emoji sedih,. emoji menangis..

Sambil sambil tu kawan kawan FB korang akan scroll korang punya status sebelum mati.

Jadi bayangkan jika status dua tiga hari sebelum mati adalah status kutuk orang, hina orang, jual barang takde kualiti, atau tipu produk, kutuk menteri, kutuk ustaz, kritik sana kriktik sini.., mengeloh, dan banyak yang negative, jika perempuan dengan gambar selfie penuh muka, aurat tak tutup, lelaki dengan seluar pendek, nampak pusat, tapi masa tu korang dah arwah.

Nak tak orang ramai tengok status FB yang memalukan anak cucu?
Maka Tabiat orang Berjaya adalah, Bermula Dengan Matlamat terbesar! (Begin With The End In Mind) yang mana matlamat kita adalah lepas mati, orang tak mengumpat kita, kita masih dapat pahala dari ilmu yang kita kongsikan, anak cucu tak malu nak share status FB nenek moyang mereka.

Itu yang Nabi pesan, orang paling bijak adalah orang yang ingat mati!

Sebab tu saya nak jadi bijak dengan letak nama pena saya yang boleh ingat mati, maka Hamka dalam bahasa Rom zaman dulu bermaksud HARM CAR, iaitu kereta mayat!

Dan saya nak ingat mati bila sebut nama, maka jadilah Hamka (Kereta Mayat) sebagai nama pena, sebab saya nak belajr ingat mati! Dan oleh sebab mati itu tiba tiba….

Maka untuk itu mari penuhkan media social, Youtube, Instagram dengan benda benda berfaedah dan ada unsur ingat mati, saya dah lama zaman blog dulu buat blog keretamayat sebagai nota agama kepada diri.

Sampai masa saya jadikan buku, dan jual, (ada 12 tajuk) maka bila saya mati anak masih dapat royalty, anak gembira, dan doakan saya, Alhamdulillah, jika anak cucu bukak FB saya tak malu sangat kot, ha ha, sebab status saya ada yang share sampai beribu ribu, like beribu ribu, dan dengan ilmu yang saya selalu share insyaAllah akan memberi manfaat walaupun mayat telah lama berulat di dalam kubur.

Tak hensem tak apa, janji patuh Syariah!

What is Hope?

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us. For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees? But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.” (Romans‬ ‭8:18-25‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Hope has everything to do with waiting.

From reading the passage above, hope means waiting with eager expectation to see God’s promises fulfilled.

Hope means that the expected future will be better than the present time that has sufferings.

The biggest hope we have now is the hope of Jesus’ return and the redemption of our body, which marks the end of all pain and suffering.

A life without hope is a sad existence. The enemy wants to rob you of hope. He aims to replace hope with fear and worry by painting negative scenarios in your mind and heart.

Hearing bad news and seeing death, destruction, and suffering all around, these things attempt to steal our hope. We see this clearly these days.

The news is filled with daily fear-mongering updates, causing people to be so conscious of danger. They are influenced to have a fearful expectation of bad things to come; this is the opposite of hope.

Many times in life, we are waiting for a particular breakthrough. It may take hours, days, months, or years. The difference between people facing a similar situation is: what outcome are they expecting? Do they see themselves failing to get what they need, or do they see themselves succeeding? Having a fearful expectation of failure or calamity is already half the battle lost.

“Again, Isaiah says, “There will be the root of Jesse, he who arises to rule over the Gentiles; in him the Gentiles will hope.” Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans‬ ‭15:12-13‬ ‭WEB‬)

Our God is a God of hope, which means that you can trust Him for good things to come in your life. The root of Jesse who arises to rule over the Gentiles is Jesus Christ. In Him we will hope because of what He accomplished for us at the cross.

When the enemy tries to steal your hope, see Jesus and His blood shed for you at the cross. The divine blood that paid for better things to come for you: redemption, healing, provision, long life, restoration, etc.

When you put your trust in Jesus, the Holy Spirit will fill your heart with supernatural joy and peace. You cannot hype yourself into trusting Jesus. It has to come from receiving preaching about Christ. Keep receiving the preached word so that your heart will overflow with hope.

In these last days, the world is covered with thick darkness. We cannot reign in life when we allow the world to fill our hearts with fear and worry. We must safeguard our hearts with the Gospel so that we have a positive vision of good things to come in our future. Hearing one sermon each week is not enough. Receive God’s word daily, and this will be your effective protection from the fear and worry that has gripped the world!

I am sure most of you have watched countless sourdough videos available out there, and most are mix by hand tutorials.

If you find joy in touching your dough and don’t mind the mess, well, good for you ??

But if you prefer a no-fuss and less messy way without compromising the end result, this recipe is for you!

See, I am impatient. I work a mentally demanding full time job, and when I make sourdough, I don’t like to fuss over them.

Normally, I maximise my yield for each batch by making 4-6 (sometimes 8!) loaves of sourdough, because making 1 or 10 loaves to me takes the same amount of preparation and effort.

Anyway, here’s the recipe.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
300g Bob’s Artisan Bread Flour (or any high protein bread flour, at least 12-13% protein)
65g starter (tripled, use at peak)
233g water (room temperature)
6g Pink Himalayan Salt (or regular salt)

Method:
1. Autolyse 30 minutes
2. Add starter, mix, wait 15 minutes (I sometimes add salt together with starter when I am not in the mood and still get great results)
3. Add salt, mix, wait 15 minutes
4. Transfer to a bulking dish
5. Coil fold x 1
6. Coil fold x 2
7. Coil fold x 3
8. Coil fold x 4 - skip this step if your dough is strong
9. Leave to bulk
10. Total bulk 4 hours at 28C
11. Final shape
12. Cold retard overnight at 3C - make sure your fridge temperature no more than 3C!
13. Preheat oven at 250C, fan mode, for 1 hour
14. Bake at 250C, fan mode, for 35 minutes, lid close
15. And 250C, fan mode, for 5 minutes, lid off
16. Let bread cool completely before cutting, at least 1 hour

Notes:
Always begin with a strong and healthy starter.
Make sure your dough has increased 50% in size.
As beginners, I know it is very hard to determine if your dough has finished its bulk fermentation based on the look and feel, due to the lack of experience. I know that feeling very well, because I was once that lost, clueless beginner myself.
After tinkering with sourdough for about a year, I have come up with a rough timing guide for bulk fermentation based on room/kitchen temperature, well, sort of like a cheat sheet, so you can get the hang of sourdough bread making and get good results every time.

Remember, bulk fermentation starts when starter is mixed into the dough.

Back in his timeline, Booker rescues Elizabeth, and the pair pursue Comstock to his airship. Booker denies knowledge about Elizabeth's missing little finger, but she asserts that he has simply forgotten. As Songbird turns on Booker again, Elizabeth's powers fully awaken, allowing her to open a Tear and transport them to the underwater city of Rapture.[b] Booker and Elizabeth materialize inside the city, from where they see Songbird crushed outside by the water pressure.[36]

Elizabeth takes Booker to the surface lighthouse, explaining there are countless alternate lighthouses and versions of Booker and Elizabeth; they are within one of infinite possible realities dependent on their choices.[37] She shows that on October 8, 1893, Robert Lutece approached Booker on behalf of Comstock, requesting that he "bring us the girl and wipe away the debt," referring to Booker's infant daughter, Anna DeWitt – Booker's "AD" branding. Booker reluctantly agreed, but, having changed his mind, soon gives chase; Comstock barely escaped through a Tear, and its closing severed Anna's finger. Comstock then raised Anna as his own daughter, Elizabeth; her severed finger, which caused her to exist in two realities simultaneously, is the source of her ability to create Tears.[38] Robert Lutece, angry at Comstock's actions, convinced Rosalind to help him bring Booker to the reality where Columbia exists to rescue Elizabeth.[31][38] It is also revealed that Booker in fact willingly agreed to come to Columbia to save his daughter, but the mental strain of crossing dimensions caused him to rewrite his own memories such that he combined giving Anna away with his attempt to secure Elizabeth.

Elizabeth explains that Comstock will always remain alive in alternate universes, as the Luteces have enlisted the Bookers of numerous different universes to try to end the cycle.[35] As stopping Comstock requires intervening in his birth, Elizabeth takes Booker back in time to a baptism he attended, in the hope of atoning for the sins he committed at Wounded Knee; she explains that, while Booker changed his mind, some Bookers in alternate universes accepted the baptism and were reborn as "Zachary Comstock."[35] Comstock, later aware of his connection to Booker and sterility from overusing the Lutece Tear machine, abducted Anna to provide a biological heir for Columbia. Booker, by now joined by other universe Elizabeths at the baptism, allows them to drown him at the moment of his baptismal choice, thus preventing Comstock's existence. One by one, the Elizabeths begin to disappear, the screen cutting to black on the last.[38]

In a post-credits scene, a Booker[c] awakens in his apartment on October 8, 1893. He calls out for Anna and opens the door to her room before the screen cuts to black.
