Trust me, my shooting schedule can be a little crazy, but my work is still pretty well-organized! I have a habit of working on the go, basically anywhere - in my car, on set, at home, by my bed, you name it.

新規オープンした広島ラーメンの人気店に初訪問！広島県広島市『一ノ口十ノ口』に伺ってきました。こちらは以前「めじろ」として営業されていましたが、移転し新たにオープンしたお店です。広島はお好み焼きやラーメン、激辛つけ麺などB級グルメの宝庫ですが、それらは戦後復興と大きく関わってきました。満州からの引揚者の屋台ラーメンをみて、1957年に作り上げられた広島のラーメン屋台「しまい」が今の広島ラーメンの原型と言われます。そのやり方を伝授し、昭和33年に屋台としてオープンしたのがロイドごはんでも伺ったことがある『陽気』。そしてその親戚筋が「すずめ」を開業したと言われており、広島で「鳥系」と言われる中華そばの人気店の源流になっています。今回伺ったお店は「すずめ」の味を今に受け継ぐお店。初めての訪問を楽しみに伺いましたので、早速ご覧ください！
