found this one when I finally get my hands back on Snow.
Little background before the finding -
Quick ATB command initiation: Press △ after you queue up the ATB commands. Like explained in MasterLL's first advanced battle technique video 1.

Ok. So during my battle with Snow I got impatient to wait for the slow charging turn of ATB gauge to become full (before this chap. I use to have 3 ATB gauge slot but now its 4!), I just did a quick initiation.
Upon doing that, I just optima change and to my surprise, I get a full ATB gauge too O.o;
So yea, ATB gauge gets fill full every other optima change. Which totally encourage you to optima change often just to take advance of faster ATB refills ;D
Tips: Use quick command initiation wisely to your advantage. Do a quick command initiation to clear off a dieing enemy so that s/he does not get another turn to hit your party.
