Anterior Oblique Subsystem (AOS)

【Introduction】
AOS與上一篇POS相似
於橫狀面Transverse Plane協助功能
主要是由腹內斜(Internal Oblique, IO),腹外斜(External Oblique, EO)
與內收肌群(Adductor complexs)所組成
AOS肌群顯示出協助骨盆穩定與腿部擺盪時之旋轉
並也協助了薦髂關節(SIJ)之穩定

【Function】
於步態中,骨盆會在transverse plane旋轉來協助腿部擺盪
AOS, POS於身體前後共同協助此旋轉
AOS對於上下肢體動作,或軀幹之旋轉, flexion之是有幫助的
亦可穩定Lumbo-pelvic-hip 部位(LHPC)

June was full of cosplay, computers and friends, Char sampled Taiwan innovation Nangang-style, hit the streets of Tamsui during the a Dragon^H warzone festival then it was 'Once more unto the beach, dear friends!' at Qianshuiwan plus another secret Bali hideout beach where bikini Char perfected the art of waterslide, rescued turtle noses and added snot to pool level. Fantastic!
