香港地道小炒,某大排檔招牌菜。 我哋今次自己屋企整,雖然隔著個mon但係瀨尿蝦殼係非常乾身,椒鹽味道啱啱好,唔算太辣,記得兜勻(恕我唔識兜唯有亂拋 Sorry!lol )。呢碟嘢諗唔到有啲咩好名比佢,椒鹽風沙避風塘呢啲名太行,最後都係用返風沙瀨尿蝦。那星,英文仲難諗,Wind Sand 隨時笑死人, 唯有貼切少少算數。大家想有避風塘嘅風味就自己加多4隻辣椒。好簡單易做,煮嘅過程最緊要快手。
