朱師奶:「最近群組瘋傳各式各樣可預防新型冠狀病毒的偏方,是否大人小朋友都適合用?」
CheckCheckCin:中醫主張辨證論治,意思是根據症狀辨清病因及治療方案,每個人體質不同,沒有一條藥方可以適合所有人,所以不建議胡亂使用偏方,有可能治病不成反而加重病情。想強身防病,可以從健脾祛濕著手,香港人普遍多痰濕,主要因為嗜吃生冷甜膩食物、常躲在冷氣房、久坐不動,加上氣候潮濕,如果你發現舌頭白色濕潤黏膩、大便黏馬桶又異常地臭、常感到疲倦及胸悶胃脹,就是身體有濕的警號。
「脾主運化」,只要脾功能良好,就能運化水濕,令濕氣不易囤積。建議平日少吃油膩、生冷食物、凍飲及甜品,多吃健脾化濕的食物如白米、赤小豆、淮山、薏米、扁豆衣、番薯等,每天飲一杯米水,都可以有助強健脾胃,驅走濕氣。定時做適量運動,亦有助身體排汗祛濕。
藿香豆蔻陳皮茶
功效:化濕行氣,理氣健脾,紓緩因為痰濕引致頭身困重、疲倦不堪的症狀。
材料:藿香6克、白豆蔻3克、陳皮1角
做法:材料洗淨,鍋中加入約800毫升水,加入材料,武火煮滾後調中火煮約20分鐘即可。建議一星期連續飲用3天。
備註:陰虛人士不宜飲用。

CheckCheckCin: Chinese medicine states that you need to find out the cause and correct treatment according to the symptoms. Everyone has different body conditions. There is no singular formula that is suitable for everyone. Therefore, it is not recommended to use folk medicine indiscriminately. If you want to strengthen your body and prevent disease, you can start with strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness. People in Hong Kong generally have phlegm and dampness body type because they like to eat cold/raw and oily food, spend significant time in air-conditioned rooms, sit without moving for long periods of time, and climate is humid. If you find that your tongue is white, damp and sticky, your stool sticks to the toilet and is unusually smelly, you feel fatigue, chest tightness, stomach bloating, those are the warning signs that there is dampness in the body.
The spleen transports fluid to ensure dampness does not stagnate in the body. Have less oily and cold/raw food, drink and dessert. Eat more ingredients that can strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness such as rice, rice bean, Chinese yam, coix seeds, hyacinth bean coat and sweet potato. Drink a cup of rice water daily to strengthen the spleen and stomach to dispel dampness. Exercising regularly can also help encourage sweating and dispel dampness.
Patchouli tea with cardamom and dried citrus peel
Effects: dispels dampness and promotes qi circulation, regulates qi and strengthens the spleen, relieves relieve heaviness of head and body, fatigue due to phlegm and dampness
Ingredients: 6g patchouli, 3g cardamom, 1 dried citrus peel
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to medium heat and cook for another 20 minutes.
For best results, drink consecutively for 3 days a week.
Note: Not suitable for those with yin deficiency

嗨!大家好,我是 Cassandre,這集的『食,不相瞞』,我們要來分享另一個經典的法式甜點:藍朵夏餅乾(又稱貓舌頭餅乾/法式貓舌餅/langues de chat)。
這個藍朵夏(langues de chat),法文原意小貓咪的舌頭(好可愛的名字喔),日本很出名的北海道白色戀人(白い恋人)這個餅乾,本身就是以貓舌頭為基底,做成方形,再擠上白色巧克力夾心,所以學會了這個法式貓舌頭餅乾的做法,同樣的就可以在家裡自己做白色戀人囉 ^^
法式貓舌頭的材料簡單,做法容易,整個製作的時間也不長,非常適合烘焙新手培養成就感或是作為家裡的常備小甜點。

法式貓舌頭(langues de chat)怎麼作呢?
下面是貓舌頭餅乾的作法與食譜:(English recipe see below)
☞ 份量為16~20個長條型的藍朵夏/或是25~27個圓形的藍朵夏。
✎ 食材 / Ingredients:
* 無鹽奶油 /unsalted butter 40g
* 蛋白 / egg white 1 顆(約莫在37g左右, 若是較大的蛋則稍微取出一些蛋白)
* 低筋麵粉 / cake flour 40g
* 細砂糖 / granulated sugar 40g
* 鹽 / salt 一小撮
* 香草精 / vanilla extract 適量 Q.T.

✎ 貓舌頭餅乾的作法 / instructions:
1. 先將奶油取出於室溫下回溫到很柔軟(但不要融化成液體狀)
2. 將奶油持續攪拌到白色,有點像是美乃滋的質感。
3. 將白砂糖分兩次加入奶油,充分攪拌均勻。
4. 接著將一半的蛋白加入,攪拌均勻。
5. 與蛋白拌勻後,加入鹽與香草精,拌勻。
6. 加入一半的低筋麵粉(20g),攪拌到看不到粉粉。
7. 再次將剩餘的一半的蛋白加入,拌勻後,把剩餘的麵粉也加入(做法跟之前都一樣)。
8. 將拌好的麵糊放入擠花袋中(花嘴為10mm)。
9. 以擠花袋在平板烤盤上,擠出7公分長的條狀麵團(擠成圓形的也可以)。
10. 烤箱預熱 170° C(記得預熱時烤箱內不要放置任何烤盤)。
11. 把貓舌頭送入烤箱烤9~10分鐘。
12. 烤好後,立即從烤箱取出,並從烤盤上移到網架上放涼(收工囉)。

Ingredients:
✿ unsalted butter, softened 40g
✿ egg whites 1
✿ cake flour, sifted 40g
✿ granulated sugar, 40g
✿ a pinch of salt
✿ vanilla extract 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Bring the butter at room temperature, but not melting.
2. Put the butter into a bowl and beat it until pale and smooth.
3. Gradually add the sugar gradually and continue to beat until creamy
4. Add egg whites gradually with a rubber spatula and beating well after each addition
5. Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt and mix well
6. Sift 1/2 of the flour and folding until combined.
7. Add the rest of egg white and flour into the bowl ,mix well gently until the flour has disappeared.
8. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag , used 1cm round nozzle
9. Pipe straight lines of the mixture, about 7cm long
10. Preheat the oven to 170C/338F/Gas without trays.
11. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Check after 7 and watch until they are done. It should be slightly golden on the outside but still pale in the centre.
12. Remove from the oven and be cool. Place the cookies in an airtight container.
