東急東横線「日吉駅」にある家系を再訪！神奈川県横浜市日吉本町の『極楽汁麺らすた』にお邪魔しました。店名に「家」とついていませんがコチラは「家系ラーメン」のお店です！個性的な店名は初代店長の名前と「らーめん」という言葉から一文字ずつとってつけられたという説も。独自の路線で研究を重ねて作り上げられたラーメン、特にその麺へのこだわりにかなり特徴があり、今回は替え玉をして思い切りその麺を味わってきました！それでは、早速そのお店の様子から一緒に見ていきましょう！

Revisit the Iekei at "Hiyoshi Station" on the Tokyu Toyoko Line! I visited "Rasuta" in Hiyoshihoncho, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The name of the restaurant does not include "Iekei", but here is the "Iekei Ramen" restaurant! Opened in 1996. There is also a theory that the unique store name was taken from the name of the first store manager and the word "ramen" one by one. The ramen that has been researched on its own route, especially the noodles, is quite distinctive, and this time I changed the noodles and tasted the noodles as much as I could! 今日は東急東横線「日吉駅」にある家系へ！神奈川県横浜市日吉本町にある『極楽汁麺らすた』にお邪魔しました。店名に「家」とついていませんがコチラは「家系ラーメン」のお店です。お店は1996年オープンと意外と古くからあり、個性的な店名は初代店長の名前と「らーめん」という言葉から一文字ずつとってつけられたという説もあるそうです。初代店主の修行先など一切不明のようですが独自の路線で研究を重ねて作り上げられており、特にその極太の麺がかなり特徴的でお店のこだわりもかなりのものがありそうでした！それでは、早速そのお店の様子から一緒に見ていきましょう！

Today we are going to the Iekei-ramen at "Hiyoshi Station" on the Tokyu Toyoko Line! I visited "Gokuraku-shirumen Rasta“ in Hiyoshihonmachi, Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture. The name “Ie(Iekei)” is not included in the store name, but here is “Iekei-Ramen". The store opened unexpectedly in 1996, and it seems that there is a theory that the unique store name was named after the first manager's name and the word "Ramen". It seems that the first shop owner's training destination is unknown at all, but it has been made through research on its own line, especially the thick noodles are quite characteristic, and there seems to be considerable commitment to the shop!
