粉雪のようなまろやかな鬼背脂ラーメンを堪能！東京都大田区『らーめん潤蒲田店』に再訪してきました。新潟５大ラーメンの一つとして有名な「燕三条背脂ラーメン」が食べられるお店です。新潟五大ラーメンといえば「新潟あっさりラーメン」「長岡生姜醤油ラーメン」「新潟濃厚味噌ラーメン」「三条カレーラーメン 」があります。今回食べた「燕三条背脂ラーメン」の元祖は新潟「杭州飯店」と言われそのラーメンは京都「ますたに」など“背脂チャッチャ系”と呼ばれるラーメンの原型とも言われるそうです。今回は店主の方のお勧めで濃厚でまろやかな背脂と岩海苔がたっぷり入ったラーメンをいただきました。一度食べると病みつきになる豊潤なコクと風味を持つラーメン。UberEatsでのお取り扱いも始めたとのこと。詳しくはお店のHP等でご確認ください！

The originator of the "Tsubame Sanjo backfat ramen" I ate this time is said to be Niigata "Koshuhanten", and the ramen is said to be the prototype of ramen called "backfat chatcha" such as Kyoto "Masutani". This time, at the recommendation of the owner, I had a ramen with rich and mellow backfat and plenty of Iwanori. Ramen with rich richness and flavor that makes you addicted once you eat it.
