【材料】

ジャガイモ…2個
タマネギ…1／4個
ちくわ…2本
天かす…30g
青のり…小さじ1
マヨネーズ…大さじ3
めんつゆ…小さじ1
塩…ひとつまみ
【作り方】
1, タマネギは繊維を断って、極薄切りにする。耐熱容器に入れ、塩ひとつまみを加えて、電子レンジ（600W）で1～2分加熱する。ちくわは5mm幅の輪切りにする。
2, ジャガイモは洗い、濡らしたクッキングペーパーで包み、ふんわりラップをする。 電子レンジ（600W）で5～6分加熱する。粗熱を取って皮をむきボウルに入れてつぶす。
3, 天かすにめんつゆを入れてさっと合わせる。ボウルに玉ねぎ、ちくわを加え、天かす、青のり、マヨネーズを入れてあえる。
4, 皿に盛り、青のり（分量外）をかける。

Onion ... 1/4
Chikuwa ... 2
Tenkasu ... 30g
Blue seaweed ... 1 tsp
Mayonnaise ... 3 tbsp
Mentsuyu ... 1 tsp
Salt ... a pinch
[How to make]
1. Cut the onion and cut the fiber into very thin slices. Put in a heat-resistant container, add a pinch of salt, and heat in a microwave oven (600W) for 1-2 minutes. Chikuwa is sliced into 5mm width.
2. Wash the potatoes, wrap them in wet cooking paper and wrap them softly. Heat in microwave oven (600W) for 5-6 minutes. Take the rough heat, peel it, put it in a bowl and crush it.
3. Add the noodle soup to the Tenkasu and mix quickly. Add the onion and chikuwa to the bowl, add tempura, blue glue and mayonnaise.
4. Serve on a plate and cover with blue seaweed (not included).
