初訪問の尾道ラーメン専門店！広島県尾道市『尾道ラーメン専門店丸ぼし』にお邪魔しました。山陽本線「尾道駅」を出て瀬戸内海を眺めながら歩くこと12〜3分ほどにあるお店です。尾道ラーメンのお店といえば朱華園(現在は閉店し違う名前で営業されています)、みやち、壱番館、たに、などが代表的なお店として挙げられます。こちら丸ぼしでは、小鯛をベースに小魚で和ダシをとり瀬戸内の醤油や地元食材を使用するなど、瀬戸内海の豊かな食材にこだわっているそう。店内やHPにも書かれているように、スープは史上一番⁈に熱かったのが印象的でした。また尾道ラーメンの特徴である背脂も控えめなので、あっさりして女性でも食べやすい一杯に仕上がっていました。お店の雰囲気などもどうぞ一緒にお楽しみください！

Onomichi ramen specialty store for the first time! I visited "Onomichi Ramen Specialty Store Maruboshi" in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is a shop that is about 12 to 3 minutes walk from "Onomichi Station" on the Sanyo Main Line while looking at the Seto Inland Sea. Speaking of Onomichi ramen shops, Zhu Huayuan (currently closed and open under a different name), Miyachi, Ichibankan, Tani, etc. are typical shops. At Maruboshi, they are particular about the rich ingredients of the Seto Inland Sea, such as using small daisies as a base, taking Japanese dashi stock with small fish, and using Setouchi soy sauce and local ingredients. As written in the store and on the website, it was impressive that the soup was the hottest in history. In addition, the backfat, which is a characteristic of Onomichi ramen, is also modest, so it was easy for women to eat. Please enjoy the atmosphere of the shop together!
