久しぶりに伺ったラーメンショップで人気メニューをがっつり食べる！川崎の『ラーメンショップ川崎水沢店』に久しぶりにお邪魔しました。これまでお店のオススメで「セロリラーメン」「長芋トッピング」など変化球のラーメンをいただくことが多かったですが、今回はピリ辛ネギをたっぷりトッピングしていただきました。ラーメンショップのネギって美味しいですよね…！暑くなってくるとなぜか辛いものが食べたくなる、そんな時はぜひどうぞ。それでは早速ご覧ください！

久しぶりにラーメンショップを訪問！川崎『ラーメンショップ川崎水沢店』にお邪魔しました！以前、日本一のラーメンショップと名高い茨城県牛久の「ラーメンショップ牛久結束店」にお邪魔し、その背脂たっぷりのコテコテラーメンにノックアウトされた一同！・「ラーメンショップ牛久結束店」動画はこちらhttps://youtu.be/gQN0SLe2DUgラーメンショップはFC展開しているラーメン店で本州、四国、九州など全国に300店舗以上お店があるそうです。FC展開なのにメニューや作り方などが各店舗に任されており店ごとの個性が違うのが特色です。また家系を作り上げた吉村実氏がかつて修行していたことでも知られ、その流れから『家系のルーツ』とも言われます！基本は豚骨に醤油を加えたスープがベースで、ごま油と「クマノテ」とよばれる独自調味料で味付けされた「ネギラーメン」が看板！ラーメンには基本背脂がチャッチャと振られ、かなりガツンとくるこってりラーメンです。ですがスープ自体に豚骨の臭みがないところは、さすがの職人技といったところ。こちらのお店の味わいはいかに⁈それでは動画をご覧ください！
