●豚バラうす切り：300g
●固めに炊いたご飯：2.5合
●お好みのネギ(たっぷりが超おすすめ)
●大葉：20枚(たっぷりが超おすすめ)
●生にんにく：4片
●ごま油
●塩こしょう
●醤油：大さじ1(ご飯用)
●お好みでブラックペッパー、卵黄、温泉卵
[豚バラ味付け]
●塩こしょう
●醤油：大さじ2
●みりん：大さじ1
●砂糖：大さじ1/2
※美味しい物しか入れてないので絶対旨いを保証された間違いないやつですｗ
とっても簡単ですが一発で元気もりもりになるマジ神飯なので是非作ってみて下さい。
ちなみにビールにも超絶合います♪
[Ingredients] serving 4 people
●Thinly sliced pork belly: 300g
●Hard cooked rice: 2.5 cups
●Leek (plenty is highly recommended)
●Green Shiso leaves：20 leaves
●Garlic：4 pieces
●Sesame oil
●Salt and pepper
●soy sauce (for rice): 1 tablespoon
●Black pepper, egg yolk and hot spring egg (up to you)
[Seasoning for pork belly]
●Salt and pepper
●Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
●Sweet cooking sake: 1 tablespoon
●Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
※We only used good ingredients, so it's guaranteed to be delicious.
Since It's very easy to cook, please cook this Japanese Garlic Fried Rice that will give you a lot of energy in just one bite.
Also, it goes great with beer, too!
